  • Honda MSX125 (GROM) is not your typical motorcycle. It's also not a scooter. It's a small bike, easy to manoeuvre around town, and it makes everyone around smile. It's a cool proposition for those of you, who need to get around town, but don't need to carry stuff.

    I love my msx. I'm 104 kg and it flies with me on it. I have seen 70 mph on the clock on the flat. I've toothed it down on the front sprocket and kn filter. I ride it more than my fireblade.

    I knew you need a Car license to race Speedway bikes in Poland. I did a Star Rider course on a Suzuki GP100.

      thugnlive W każdym razie zdecydowanie japończyk. Polsko-chińskie wynalazki mogą zawodzić.
      Daj znać, jak nazwiesz nową kochankę ;)

    In germany for 125 ccm you must make the A1 License which you can make with 15 and a half years

    • @v1ncn7
      @v1ncn7 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Well you can start with 15 an a half years :3 But you get it at 16.
      (BTW, you don't 'make' a license)

      Kampfnudel I Nudeln mit Tomatensoße Can I drive a 125cc if I have a B license in Portugal.
      regarding here you can drive a 125cc if you have a B license for 3 years.

      +lambusado Here in Italy you can ride a 125 with the B license too.
      But only in Italy and a few other countries, A (A2,A) are valid all across the europe.

    UK license is a bit weird. If you have a car license you can take a CBT (1 day training) and ride this for 2 years or take a test and ride it as long as you like.

    • @MarekDrives
      @MarekDrives 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +hung huge Do you meant CBT+2 years riding 125cc=full motorbike license?

    • @hunghuge7717
      @hunghuge7717 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Marek Drives
      No you need a CBT to ride on the road without an instructor. Once you pass it (if you already have a car license) you then have two years to pass your test. If you don't you have to re-take your CBT.

    i have an Honda sh300 that I use every day in the city. I love it but today I saw this in a shop and I was like wow.
    would you recommend it to use it only in the city replacing a scooter for someone who is 37 and had some motorbikes in the past?

    • @petisto
      @petisto 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends if you prefer fun, filtering through traffic and cornering over straight line performance. Honda MSX is way more fun then any scooter and even most motorbikes, you can lean and take slow corners on par with superbikes. On the other hand your Honda sh300 is probably one of the best scooters in the world with way better acceleration. But if you sell the Honda sh300 and invest in MSX 125 with a quality aftermarket big bore kit ( there are many options, even a 250cc with over 30 hp is coming soon ) you will never look for another city bike again.

      Hi thanks for your reply. meanwhile I did a test of the msx 125. Unfortunately despite I love the look and the size, I was deeply disappointed. Disappointed by 1) the lack of power, I honestly expected much more being such a light bike 2) the brakes, not powerful enough 3) the gears: coming back to the geras in a 100% urban use was not so handy. Besides the look, my sh300 is far better in every aspect, in particular in power and brakes power. I ended up in keeping my current sh300...
