SurvivalCraft is a very good game you should check out, i used to play it as a kid years ago on tablet. It is very realistic, you can catch a flu if cold for too long without warm clothing, get food poisoning ect. Even had muskets that you had to load with powder, then paper, then your bullet or buckshot. Very realistic compared to Minecraft, and also much scarier.
