A tip for people who don't get the wall star: take out the medics first, it doesn't count if they are revived, it apparently doesn't work if you use the disruptor on them aswell
Bonus: They must be knocked out by the wall, not by falling from a collapsed floor. Enemies that fell through the weak floor when I blew it didn't count but the ones that were under it did.
+JSPUFC I have same problem: I tried taking out thugs with FIVE different walls/ceilings and it did not give me the star for that one. I have no idea why, but the medic kept on reviving them, maybe they have to stay down?? I can get the other 2 stars easy but the explosive wall one is giving me trouble.

Old comment I know, but Make sure the gel is on the opposite side from the enemy, and it’ll work. I had an even harder time at first it they all had to explode at the same time

What version of the game is this? I have the goty edition on steam . It’s running version 1.1 . I do not have the same challenges you do for this level . I’m confused
Never works on the bottom wall (non medic). Just stuns him. He gets back up. Waste of a wall. He isn't facing it, his back is to it just like in your video but it never works.

For the wall star, have enemies below your explosive floor then detonate. Do it 3 times.
I love how this map have the same medal challenges as the original arkham asylum map
For people stuck on the wall star you have to get the wall to explode into the henchman so you have to place opposite where the henchman will stand
