I still remember when I was working cocktail in the bar at chili's. I had a couple come in and self seat as is the case in most bar areas. Not only did they pick the seat right under the huge industrial a.c vent that hangs 10 feet from the roof. They ordered and then blamed in on the a.c that there food got cold.
I work at a pizza restaurant. The last part reminded me of a few nights ago when someone ordered a pizza with black olives and then claimed she was allergic to black olives. Seriously, why do people order things they're allergic to? Dumbasses!
No joke, I had a customer ask for a Dr. Pepper once, which blatantly was not listed, and when I said we didn't have it they got so mad they decided to leave. Because we didn't have a certain soda. Seriously?
I luv this clip-- all of them plz plz plz plz do one about stipid customers that ask for plastic silverware when they still eat off the dirty plates and drink out the dirty cups ....just sayin
I have served for years off and on. I have only experienced this kind of issue 2 times. I find that if I am competent and get the order right with all of the sides, sauces, silverware, hot sauce, drinks, etc, then nobody has issues. I go out to eat and I expect my food to be served hot and in a timely manner, with all of the order in place. With silverware. I should only have to ask for something ONE time. Remember who pays your tips and strive to EARN them.
