  • Welcome to another family edition of The Tony Robbins Podcast. In this intimate at-home conversation, Tony Robbins, his wife Sage Robbins and producer Mary B., delve into a critical topic that touches us all: Mental Health. It's a universal truth that no one escapes this life without experiencing periods of pain and loss. While we all face our own unique challenges, there are fundamental keys that we can use to unlock and maintain a state of mental well-being.
    Consider this: according to metastudies, only about 40% of people respond to treatments for anxiety and depression, and that 40% shows an average of 50% improvement in symptoms.
    Knowing that, Stanford Genetics Lab conducted a controlled study at Tony Robbins’ Date with Destiny seminar to measure its effects. Of the participants that were clinically depressed before the seminar, 30 days after, 100% of study participants who were depressed were in remission, and their average improvement was 87.2%. No drugs, and in only 6 days of seminar participation. Entering the Stanford study, 17% of participants experienced suicidal thoughts. Thirty days after the seminar, none of the study participants reported having suicidal thoughts. Remarkably, one month after the Tony Robbins event, study participants still experienced a +50% increase in positive emotions (satisfaction, inner strength, well-being), while also reporting a -50% decrease in negative emotions (loneliness, anger, sadness, stress, anxiety). Additionally, they reported feeling happier and more satisfied in relationships. Study participants saw a -38% decrease in anxiety even 11 months after the seminar while the baseline population (non-Tony Robbins seminar participants) saw 28% increased anxiety.
    In this episode, Tony, Sage, and Mary B., explore the critical ways to improve emotional fitness and navigate out of "stuck states”. They uncover specific tools for use in moments of overwhelm, stress, anger, or fear. The family explores the ultimate power move: assigning life events empowering meanings; and the fascinating connection between THE TRIAD of physiology, focus, and language.

    The chemicals and molds etc in the food we consume is also MASSIVE.
    People are getting into major fights due to the crap in their bodies that affect them so badly.
    I’ve seen people do the worst things or just feel awful when they eat that which is dangerous for them. Many don’t even know that this is a problem for them until they observe.
    And I’ve seen the exact opposite. Wholesome food, less inflamed brains and therefore serenity.
    Dealing with hell when in better brain health is so much more doable.
    I know what I am saying sounds almost off topic, but I promise you, it’s an epidemic that needs to be addressed as well..
    Brain health.

    Loosing my house and going homeless in a week because I got hired and their "onboarding" is taking months with no income and this is probably the last internet I'll have in awhile. So I find that while life goes down the drain this topic is on here with Tony Robbins. I have/had three of his books. Inspiration would feel really good right now. Feeling in and out of mental well-being. Fear of what homeless feels like. Hope that God hears us. I think what's wrong with society is people don't care about anyone that can't give them some kind of status.

      Start with just breathing for a while. Then once you are calmer, write down each of these situations on separate sheets of paper, in detail and include how you feel about them. Then approach them one by one as separate events, and ask yourself "what am I learning through this experience?". "what positive qualities am I developing that will help me either solve this or rise above it altogether?" Get detailed and creative about it. Imagine all that you could learn from the situation, and start to imagine yourself 6 months from now embodying those qualities. Have compassion for yourself, keep your gaze forward and you'll soon see all these as blessings in disguise. 🙏

      thanks for the advice it's just hard sometimes to see an end to all of it I feel so alone, abandoned by friends and loved ones , I feel broken. on the outside I look like a strong confident man but on the inside I'm broken and falling apart and having no one to share these feelings with is unbearable at times. I prayed to God to just let me die. It's a terrible feeling to not want to live to deal with these things especially alone. The only thing that keeps me going is knowing how selfish it would be to take my own life and what it would do to my children and the pain I would cause them and I have to be there for them@@LudvigCimbrelius

    • @LudvigCimbrelius
      @LudvigCimbrelius 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@tdiggidy3 it's OK to feel lonely, to cry and feel hurt by life. That's human and we can learn to love those parts while still not forgetting who we are in truth. Why not pray to God to help you see the truth instead of letting you die? There is a loneliness that only God can fill. The best thing to do when encountering it is to not try and fill it with something else... Not run away from it. You don't know the depth of your real strength, and it has nothing to do with being a strong man... It's much, much deeper. Have faith. 🙏

Is first time I really felt your heart & was really touched by you, beyond being brilliant motivational coach, I felt how deeply moved you are by serving others. Am very grateful to have opportunity to experience your gifts of empowering others to move beyond what keeps us from living our lives from our unlimited potential. Though I'm in middle of navigating through financial crisis & was not able to take extraordinary opporrunity of signing up for Unleash Your Power , I will be listening to videos like this one to keep immersing my mind with principles & insights of what you have realized is what works. Thankyou for ALL that you shARE!❤

    Absolutely! Here's a TH-cam comment inspired by the title of a video from "Tony Robbins" titled "Get Unstuck! The Power of Emotional Fitness | The Tony Robbins Podcast":
    Incredible episode, Tony! 🌟 Your insights into emotional fitness were both enlightening and empowering. My three key takeaways from "Get Unstuck! The Power of Emotional Fitness" are:
    1⃣ Awareness Before Action: Recognizing and accepting our emotional state is the first step towards change. By being honest with ourselves about how we feel, we can then take actionable steps to shift our mindset.
    2⃣ Consistent Emotional Training: Just like physical fitness, emotional fitness requires consistent practice and training. Building emotional resilience and strength takes time and commitment.
    3⃣ Seek Positive Associations: Our environment, including the people we surround ourselves with, can profoundly impact our emotional well-being. Seeking out positive influences and experiences can keep us on track and motivated.
    Tony, your dedication to helping people unlock their fullest potential is truly inspiring. This episode was a much-needed reminder of the importance of emotional well-being in achieving our goals. Thank you for always pushing us to be our best selves! 💪
    Remember to adapt the comment as needed based on the actual content of the podcast episode and your personal sentiment before sharing it online

    Sage really is coming into her own, she really is so inciteful and intuitive. In a nutshell she is next level. She is so, so generous with her thoughts & insights, not holding anything back. She has such a light in her face when she talks. Her words are so far reaching, she really does understand at such a deep level. She has such a lot to offer and am not 100% sure she is in the right place for her to do this. Tony sometimes does not look at her in the eye, has a deadpan face when he looks at her, and at 3.30s when she 'apologised' for potentially going off tangent, he looked across at Mary and then down at the floor - which indicated he wasn't being sincere. But, hey - Sage carried on - un-phased. Females approaching peri/menopause from age 35yrs onwards, slow & steady reduction and ultimate loss of oestrogen can mask as depression/anxiety - to be rectified by HRT.

      @kozo77_ 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      Would you agree that besides showing infinite love for her, he has that deadpan face at times as you say, allowing himself to feel the way he feels, knowing that this is a test for her depth of openness inviting her to even more depth even if he can appear cruel or edgy at times in his masculine nature, knowing full well she can pass the challenge

      Be careful about potentially misinterpreting things.

    • @HeartFireSessions
      @HeartFireSessions 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      What you interpret as “deadpan” may simply be exhaustion. He did say closer to the beginning of the episode that he had only been sleeping about 3 hours a night.

    • @CM-yo9jk

      @@kozo77_ I would agree that his facial expression, and entire persona is very, very male by definition, made more evident in the contrast to the epitome of the feminine, which is Sage. And yes, I do believe she can pass the test. Nicely put.

    I have read that we are made for the Creator's Glory which is really amazing, because we get to share in that glory too by being ourselves. This might sound strange, but it is my ideal (not always living up to it) but I think that wow, if I am feeling such love or fun, as an avatar as well as myself too, I hope that the Creator gets the full show. I forget of course to remember this sometimes, but when I remember, I have an awe and feel a responsibility to live my best because the Creator is inside of me, being that the Creator created me and everyone else too.

    It makes me feel small looking at the harmony of your relationship with your family. But it also gives me a challenge to work towards something like that. I don’t understand why many success teachers say to separate from people that don’t inspire or that don’t improve when you do. What if you love those people?
