Tony Hateley " King Of The Air"
Really good video and analysis. Tony Hateley was a real handful and had a fantastic strike rate for Liverpool. He gave them options and I am surprised they didn’t hang onto him long term.
Revie wanted to sign him for Leeds before Mick Jones. But he faded away alarmingly at Liverpool and never recaptured his old form.
Brilliant video.
Just found this series. Love the content!
Lovely footage 👌🏽
Fascinating stuff. Particularly interesting about Twentyman. Didn't we get Clemence and Keegan from Scunthorpe for some rediculously low fees?
£18k and £33-35k (sources differ) respectively. Shanks described the latter as "robbery with violence".
Come on without, come on within, you'll not see nothing like the Mighty Emlyn!
Sneaky penalty from Smith.🙂
