Do you think the performance from the official asus drivers enabling afmf are better than the latest amd drivers that came out yesterday too. In that aspect,which one do you recommend for stability and better performance, the latest AMD drivers or asus's drivers. (I know its asking a lot but, can you, if possible compare just 2 games with said drivers? If possible?) Much love once again. Keep up the good work and extensive testing ❤😊
Haven't tested adrenaline 24.4.1 driver yet, no change related to afmf mentioned in the update log.
Isn't it recommended to limit fps to 60fps to ensure the frames stay inside the Ally display's 120hz range?
Not for afmf.
@GamingDJ4u please check Asus ROG's official post regarding AFMF from 2 days ago and Digital Foundry's video testing AFMF from a couple of months ago. With both clearly stating the fps cap and how it helps with consistent frame pacing.

Asus itself mentioned that it's upto us what we choose. Frame pacing was an issue when afmf was released via beta amd driver. Amd is improving its functioning over time via new gpu drivers. Only use 60 fps cap if you observe any screen tearing or frame pacing issues . Most of the new AAA games won't even achieve 60 fps on ally anyway. Even fsr 3 frame generation had frame pacing issues at launch and no support for vrr.

How do you make cyberpunk 50-60+ fps without afmfs?

GOW just set FHD original fsr quality with afmf 18w, it stable 60-80fps.
Why not use super resolution along side afmf?
Ingame fsr was used in many games
Why my FRAME GEN LAG shows N/A in RE4R I followed all the steps you've do.
Try restarting ally, make sure you're using adrenaline's overlay only. Double check the game's settings.
@@GamingDJ4uI've been using Fullscreen Mode and Vsync off and also I disabled the AC Overlay and enabled the AMD Overlay but still it says N/A
Go into device manager, disable the AMD GPU, then enable it again. Then reboot. It should fix it @@johnreyeslao7378

I recently installed new updates to armoury crate, AMD adrenaline. My overall perfomance got decreased, game feels laggier, temperature of my device got higher up to 88 celsius even without CPU boost. I'm really pissed off. I don't know how to revert these changes back. It's shame that this is happening almost every update that is Asus releasing. That's way too often.
Shaders get reset after a gpu update so game stutters at the start and then the performance stabilizes. Nothing to do with asus. Temperatures are still normal for me in the big set of games I tested, check your power profile. Afmf isn't anything special, that's on AMD though, nothing to do with asus again.

My sd card slot is not working and Asus doesn't seem to care about its Indian customers. Is there anything that I can do?
Don’t use sd cards. Upgrade your internal driver to 1-2 tb
Don’t tell them that you’re Indian. See if that works
Take them to court, they can't deny service of a product in warranty. They must have given you a reason for denying the service. High temps on ally busts the sd card, that's why I avoid using its turbo profile or unnecessarily high settings. Half of the games shown in the video were running off an sd card. Post this on their twitter and even indian gaming subreddit page.
@soldierplays4616 also the adaptor works great for 2280 SSD. So 4tb is an option too

There will be more input lag using a wireless controller than the inbuilt controller to begin with.

Warzone already supports fsr 3 frame generation, it's not recommended to use afmf with competitive shooters.

I'm in the same boat. I've tried everything. Sometimes I can get into the game up to the start of first chapter, but most times it crashes at the "Optimizing" screen.
Sometimes it'll crash hard giving me black screen.
Ive never experienced anything like this in my 20+ years of PC gaming.
