This move did not deserve a nerf. It's a close range strike ult. It did what it's suppose to. All these pussies complaining because they don't know how to dodge. You guys have all those ki blast supers and spammed like crazy with super saiyan. We barely have shit in ults and people who complained for getting their asses smacked by one of the only decent strike ult got it nerfed for no reason.

Justice combo OP but isnt broken, if it was broken a noob could use it effectively, my point is that justice combo is only good if you know how to use it, you dont use it out in the open, u need to combo with it
he's not using any z souls that could boost the skill so that means the enemy is just weak
