I just got a speedometer from a continental for my fusion and i like it but I can't get the controls to work on my steering wheel. You said something about a canbus. Can you tell me how to make one or where I can get one ?
Mine I bought from a seller that makes it where it will fit on the fusion. This speedometer have a different connector shape than the fusion have this seller made a special harness that convert it and a can bus box so it will work on the fusionn due to the aviator having different can bus system. The way I bought it from the seller it was plug and play but if you go to the junkyard and get one your self you would need to make a harness and a can bus box
There is one problem that im having is a hard dtc code that won't clear as far a I know it doesn't affect anything that im aware of this is the seller I bought from facebook.com/ohichen
@@mbialow even im looking to change my ford fusion phev cluster, did you find any that is compatible ?, i was thinking of getting my hands on the 2022 ford escape phev, sinve its phev i should be compatible
Any idea if this would work with the other 12" clusters such as the one from the escapes?

I haven't figured out yet on where to get one I had the same problem everything worked beside the steering control

Unplug you GPSM. You don’t need it anymore with sync 3
Yes I know it's the GPS causing the glitches on the compass I never really notice it only time is when I'm parked in my driveway
