Hello, have a few questions, 17+ blis have 5 (2x ground, ms can +/-, power) and 4 wires (GND, ms can +-, power). Starting from 2:10, you said that you plugged into the trunk harness, so you bolt together ground from L and R radars and the same for power? And one more, did you plug to ms can + - 2 or 4 wires (I mean one plus and minus from R and one +- from L sensors) or bolt + from left and right sides together?
thank you for your video, I have a question, I will buy a used module, I will have to reprogram it or it is not necessary. I have a 2014 Lincoln MKX.
You will need to reprogram it as the blind spot have Vin stored into it
Can you explain to us how to program the module in Forcan for different VIN number? Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!
Did your vehicle come factory with blind spot? If you have the lastest forscan verson they added it in the easy mode you would go to sodl/sodr (non asbuilt format) then there should be one that show vin you would type in your vin number and make sure it's all capital

@@Nickthecarguy Hello Nick i wanted to tell you i programmed the SODR (Right side) module by typing the VIN number in (non as built format). But still it didn't work. So i also went to SODR (as built format) then chose (load factory AB). It said i don't have the file so it downloaded the file (need internet) then i clicked on (load factory AB). It WORKED!

@@11g11g thanks for the update I wonder if it caps wasnt on or if there was a block or somthing else beside the vin that made it act up
Is it right, that wiring harness for blis is missing on FF restyle version (2017)? Cuz I saw a few guides for 2016 Fusions and this vehicles got default wiring.
I know the 17 titanium come pre wired for on the doors but on the back of the trunk where the module goes im not for sure on that
