Can we take a moment to look at how well Starry raced? She started in 15th place and took Silver! If that's not a comeback, I don't know what is! As a Hazer's fan, I'm very disappointed, but I'm very happy the Bumblebees did so well and have broken the Host's Curse!
Momo started in sixteenth and had the Lead for some time! Seems like starting well behind isnt all that bad in M1
Starry's incredible! Her ability to be that fast is amazing! 🤩

I can't believe how badly Mallard shanked that. Disappointed doesn't begin to cover it.
The boys in tech desperately need to develop some improvements for the marble for next week. 11 spots dropped is absolutely pathetic.
@@Perkelenaattori In qualifying and in the first few laps it looked hopeful. But over the long haul there wasn't the straight line speed. An overhaul is needed.
That was horrendous. Billy would have definetly taken more risks. Mallard should be more aggressive. At least he could have defended his position a little better!

He lost so much in the hive during the first 2 laps and that was it, he was finished.
I gotta give respect where respect is due, that was one hell of a comeback race from Starry after a harsh Minty Mania GP and a terrible qualifying here, getting P2 and nearly the win to boot. Way to get back to form, my girl.
Of course it comes down to Speedy and Starry, the two most decorated Marbles in History.
They're two of my favorite sportsmarbles! Speedy, because he's so fast, and Starry, because she's a champ at smart moving. If there were ever fantasy teams, I'd want to see them work together! #SpeedIsKey #ReachForTheStars
You know, in terms of individual points, Starry is THE most successful marble out of them all and Speedy is only 4th on that list!

Momo also had a great climb.
Yellow Eye held it together, sitting at 7th, for some time, to almost snatching a second place in the final lap! And they claim fastest lap to place the team at the top of the current standings, respect!
As a Savage Speeders fan, I thought "oh no... here we go again..." after the first laps. Crazy good how he recovered from 8th to P1. What an overtake for the lead too!

As a bumblebee fan, I’m glad we broke the streak of teams doing bad at home.

Clementine breaks my heart, making all that ground to just drop it in the hive in the last lap. We have now qualified for every race but are in the bottom 4...how is that possible?
I know, right! What a rollercoaster of a race this was!
Clementin' has always been my number one but she's still got some room for improvement. She's got the speed and she's definitely got the skill. I mean, she took first in 1st round of qualifying and she pulled off some world class overtaking moves in this race... but she seems to always come off worse whenever she gets caught up in heavier traffic. I know it is intimidating out there and I couldn't do what she does but she needs to toughen up a little bit and not let herself get pushed around by other racers... she's needs to hold her line and force them to back off.

We had some strong seasons in the past. We cant win them all. This year might not be ours but we definitely dont go down without a fight

Yes! They've been consistently good so far this season. Still prone to the same sort of mistakes as always (that split in the first sector got Momo every lap), but damn if this isn't the best racing I've seen from both of them! #momostrong
@@Peregrineeagle yeah dude I don't know why momo keeps trying to go dead center after the gate, and then makes a last minute decision of taking left and boom hits the island and lost speed. Team momo needs to properly make plans off track. We could have been P2 or P3 could have even take P1.
@@genesiman3034 yeah, it was reckless speed. Perhaps they were just a bit more anxious this race having qualified so low. They knew this was a harder track, so they attacked too hard.
Proud of the effort though.

Not gonna lie, Cat's Eyes, Momo, Bumblebees, and Primary seem pretty promising as underdogs this year
Momo, Bumblebees and Cat's Eyes are grabbing the headlines, but Team Primary are quietly plugging away consistently in the background. They've put themselves in a very good position for a top three finish, and look like getting a race podium anytime soon.
Primary were way better last season at the same point of time in the season...When I say Primary, I mean Prim. Mary was more or less a wandering bot around the circuit last season.
@@vis1on- Prim does better with Mary's moral support. They might be able to get away with quite a few comeback this season, though.
@@handupandu6000 Mary is a very poor racer, bad at qualifying round and match round, and it's not worth for bringing her back to the race track. For now Prim and Rima are silently carrying the team with Mary and the consistency of both in the last 2 match is phenomenal!

Starry definitely is the Marble of the Day. From being nearly eliminated in Q1 to going onto the Podium is huge!

And Prim, working up slow and steady for a solid and respectable sixth! Just a great race all around, honestly.

This is what Galactic always does. Qualify poorly and then overtake everyone slowly during the race. The longer the races take, the better they get.

I knew CCE were looking to have a good run this year, and Yellow Eye is proving how committed they are. Such a fantastic improvement from Qualifying to finishing 3rd and taking the lead in the overall standings. AND getting the extra point for fastest lap to boot! #EyeOnThePrize

Well done yellow eye, from a poor qualifying position to a great fighting 3rd place finish and fastest lap of the race, pushed the CCE team a few points clear of team Momo. Great effort.
Super happy that CCE is getting a good run this year. But they can't rest on their laurels. Team Momo has been particularly consistent this season, and CCE can't afford to get complacent. Q1 for this race proved that, and Yellow Eye stepped up! #EyeOnThePrize

Holyyy that was one crazy race for starry! Consistent overtaking brought them to second place. 2 more laps and i bet starry would‘ve cleared the win!
It's a beautifully designed course, and it didn't disappoint, with excitement from start to finish. I liked how quickly a big lead could evaporate due to all the crazy turns and the Hive.
That was a great run by Starry. Started in 15th position (second to last) and manage to get all the way up to a second place finish. Way to go Galactic.

I think this has been my favorite track, thus far. It was both visually and technically interesting, and since the average speed seemed a bit slower, the various lead changes throughout the pack were easier to follow and revel in.👍
What an amazing finish for Starry and Momo, starting in P15 and P16, and ended 2nd and 5th that is tremendous, good job Momo and Starry

Two races in a row with a podium place lost 😭. They have to start working on defending their position
I knew as soon as snowy peaked early we werent getting pole. Snowy is good at fighting up not defending his position. 10th was a good start for him but he went too hard to fast
When snowballs stopped attacking, they just drop back:(
Such a great start and then the hive messed things up for Snowy, kept falling back and couldn't recover, kinda disappointed as I was hoping we've get a win or at least a podium but guess not.
Bad race for the green duck. We are still high in the standings but we can't be having races like that.

Green Ducks don’t seem to be great at rallying back when drop positions. Also don’t have great conditioning it seems. They lose steam pretty quickly I’ve noticed

I've been a Team Momo fan for years, and it's kind of nice to finally get to say 5th place is poor showing for Momo.

@@pragynarayan1262 I think there should just be a rotation for each marble after a race or injury. Heck, there could even be a vote after the preview of a race and the fans decide which marble they want to run.

It's so upsetting to see the Thunderbolts drop places throughout every race
We got straight up bullyed by snowballs which I expected we got cocky cause we were 6th and fell far behind damn we will get them next time
Yup, as high as 5th at one point. Oh well, there’s at least some excitement watching the ol’ Tbolts.
I think a final top 8 finish is the best us Thunderbolts can hope for

and smoggy was another iffy choice--a track record of choking, it seems. the best that can be said is that smoggy finished about where they started, not much lost or gained. alas.

Not enough credit given to Starry of Team Galactic. Started 15 out of 16, climbed 14 spots by the end to finish in second. I guarantee you that the Savage Speedsters are glad there wasn't another two laps in the race.

Bumble and Honey are REALLY pulling their weight in the overall new(er) Marble teams. Speeders have always been my top team and cheer whenever possible but the Bumblebees are creeping up on in my Top 5, alongside Wisps, Momo, Hornets and the aforementioned Speeders
Yellow Eye looked settled in 5th, but came alive when Momo dropped into view. Another great performance!
From dead last to the lead in a handful of laps. Momo putting everyone on notice. New season, new attitude. Small fade back to 5th place but in the mix to the end.
The O'Rangers really need to work on their overtaking game. They always just bump into the marble ahead, lose momentum and then fall back one position. #gooooooorangers

@@drewfourniermusic Yeah they showed their speed in the quali. But they are actually the only marbles that manage to lose positions while trying to overtake. Coach Rango really needs to focus on that in training.

I want to know which genius thought putting Sea forward for this was a good idea. Worthless in ML, worthless in M1, worthless all round. At least he's consistent.

That aggressive split, right after the lift: if you ran in cleanly you just ram the marble ahead and give them a boost, lots of marbles got that boost and if you fell behind you had to get lucky to build enough speed to keep the pace. No wonder Sea fell apart.

@@6yjjk He not that worthless in the Marble League. Of the 79 individual points and 3 medals he got over the course of almost 5 years, 60 of them and all three of his medals were from 5 meter sprinting races (25 of them and the one gold medal were from the 5 meter Ice Dash in 2018. The Silver and Bronze were from the regular sprint). He also got 4 points in 2019’s rendition of the event as well. So he does have a purpose in the Marble League.
I was barely breathing out of nerves for the Savage Speeders. So exciting to see them come back strong with a win, especially after a bit of a rough start this race.
What I really liked about this race was how it allowed a camera angle to clearly show most of the pre-hive portion of the course at the same time. I was able to get a really good feel as to how things were progressing for everyone, not just the leaders. I hope that we'll be able to get some similar camera set ups in the future races, as I think they really help. As a Team Galactic fan, I appreciated being able to see where my team's racer was even though they started at the back and were working their way up through the pack during the race.
Absolutely agree. I wanted to see the position of every team.
