The qualifiers and the actual race are very at-odds sometimes. I was just hoping Mimo would match Momo’s performance at the last race, and by god he led the entire race!

By the middle of the race I was like "well, at least we are beating o'rangers...", Red Eye was blocked so many times, he had the speed but couldn't execute it. Once he got to second place I knew he could keep it, and he did!
I appretiate the praise for my team. And I agree. The unconventional training a risky tactics red eye and his team employ can never be underestimated. O'Rangers on the other hand race cleaner and less risky, but are overall simply top notch, well rounded, dedicated and disciplined. Truly a legendary team. Today they could not show their worth, but the O'rangers are always dangerous contenders no matter whicb standing they have at any given time!
Honestly, several times it looked to me like Orangin and Red Eye were doing a bit of bump drafting. I noticed Orangin bumping Red Eye on the back stretch several times in the last third of the race.
@@SpiritoftheWolf28232 Relying an entire third of the race on blocking competition and gaining from their momentum can really backfire completely when only a single of these blocks gets circumvented. Red Eye pulled it off brilliantly today, but boy, these risky moves do make me anxious sometimes.
I remember when Mimo entered the Team Momo when Momomo suffered that horrible injury. I took the performance with a grain of salt, but it seems I was wrong! #GogoMomo

Here's my tops and flops of the today's race : Tops : - After a more than mixed season during the first edition of the event, Team Momo seems this time to be among the potential winners. Mimo and Momo have both realized exceptional races, each time starting far behind the other riders. Perhaps the only reproach that could be made against them comes from here: their poor performances during the qualifications, as luck is not a thing that lasts. - Prim, despite his performances in the previous season, couldn't take his team very high. And the reason for this is in one word: Mary. That's why Rima is making her debut today, and they look promising. Maybe in December we will have forgotten the debacle that Mary was, and let's dream even better, if things go perfectly, the Team Primary will reach the top. - Of course, we mustn't forget that in the shadow of Team Momo, there is the Crazy Cat's Eyes, only one point behind, forming a very comfortable lead between the two of them. This is only their first competition, but they are already showing that they're likely to be among the biggest Marbula One teams. Flops : - Here we are, friends, I am happy to present you the 0 points gang. The Savage Speeders, the O'Rangers, the Hazers and Team Galactic, four of the best teams of last season, are the biggest disappointments today. Come to think of it, it's an absolutely incredible thing! Who, I say, WHO would have thought that after the second race, none of these teams have a single point? Not much of a race when theres been a grand total of 3 lead changes in 2 races and the leader has won by like 2 seconds both times. The real race was 2-8 both races.
We have to consider that this was Snowstorm's first race in Marbula1. Yes he lost focus, maybe even got a bit confused by his shockingly stellar performance. But with the right coaching and the steadying influence of veteran racer Snowy, I think he offers more potential to the team than last season's Snowflake. Been a Snowballs fan for some time now, and I can say that finally I am really hyped. #GOSNOW
Can we appreciate Rima's legendary comeback? After round 2 she had fallen down to last place, but managed to pick up speed and came the way up to third before settling in fourth place. *More Team Primary Stats* In M1, Prim usually had amazing runs, but often fell short of the podium after losing some places towards the end. Without Mary for moral support, some runs this season may not be as good. Rima seems promising, she usually has terrible starts but can make up some ground. They both have quite opposite strategies, but they're both amazing competitiors! #PrimeTime #FlyingColors
Yes Rima is absolute legendary! Been here since 2018 and PRIMARY is one of the best underdogs in Marbula One and the marble community! I really hope that they will keep Rima on the grid and give the bug guys some trouble in near future

I watch these back to back and boy what a hype killer. Pulsar lettin' us down. I mean we've always been a mid pack team but at least clear 9th for dignity.

What an absolutely DOMINANT performance by Mimo!! He lead basically the entire race, stretching the lead out to 4 seconds at one point. Looks like a battle between Momo and CCE, with them finishing top 2 both races!
Wispy just could not figure out a clean way off the sand track. They stumbled there every single lap! Phenomenal performance from Mimo and some amazing charges from Snowstorm and especially Red Eye. Great race.
After rooting so hard to see them in the top 10 at Marbleleague, it's such a treat to see Team Momo absolutely dominate the Marbula One so far! I do have to hand it to Redeye for making a really good run of it near the end though, it was a nailbiter for a bit. I was a little afraid Mimo was taking the sand too roughly, but it looks like pretty much everyone else had the same problems, so luckily it didnt cut into their leads too bad. Wow. I can't wait to see if team Momo can keep it up at the Honeydome.
That perfect run down the sand section, neatly slipping past everyone was ~chef's kiss~ Once Mimo had the lead, they never gave it back up. From back of the pack to first place in a single lap!
A bit disappointed with the performance of the marble but they are improving so fast that maybe can recover in the first half of the season and fight for the championship!
Red Eye looked so weak for the first half or so. So many times I was watching as speed went max, then down to almost zero, then back to max, then back to zero... That comeback though. Such an emotional rollercoaster

Man i am happy Balls of Chaos did well in this event. I was worried in that first qualification video of the season that they wouldn't even be in it. Crazy Cats Eyes is doing amazing this season, something my mom is happy about.
I think Wispy could've finished high with a bit better luck on the sand. Had a few nasty bumps against the side there that killed momentum, as well as running into others that slowed on the sand
calling all hazers fans: We need a complete revamp of the team - it's like we have noooooo motivation at all, we're just getting pushed over by the underdogs....
Was a nice redemption towards the end tho, plus one point for fastest lap. For some reason I feel like every ball from Thunderbolts is bad at starting and it has cost a lot of points for them.
Yeah, I guess it's only natural he took almost zero risks throughout that whole race, thinking it would be enough to get a top 12 points finish. Just held back too much. The Speeders nearly always age well with the season though, so no panic yet.
I think the whole team's morale has taken a beating. Rapidly is usually an agressive driver but today he was actively avoiding marbles on that final straight. It's so sad to watch

As a Team Momo fan, it's so good to see some proper success come their way after so much effort and so many obstacles. It was also so interesting to see the racing line groove itself into the sand trap as the marbles ran over it again and again. Go Momo!!!
Hey, it was a solid race, and they made good points for the overall standings - but these are all professional athletes and billy stumbled in the final lap ....no mistake goes unpunished with world class competition.
Others would have finished middle of the pack after dropping like he did. But he's just a great racer. Podium would have been well deserved, but its still a great result. I am proud of Billy!🦆
What happened in lap 16 around 9:00 to Mimo? Coming off the sand the gap was 3.5 seconds. By the end of the lap RDI had the gap to first down to under a second. A lap before Mr Woods realized the gap had closed (no shade). Would love to see a wide angle there out of curiosity.
It seems that this will be a two horse race with Team Momo and the Crazy Cat‘s Eyes both just swapped places this race. But as CCE deserved the first race victory, it was a well deserved Victory for Team Momo (but both had a great race in their own way)

They choked again. I think wisps always have difficulty in such multi-lap races. They can't maintain the momentum in the final third portion of the race.
As a die-hard Galactic fan, I laugh heartily at your optimism. I predict 7th or 8th for Pulsar. EDIT: Oh, foolish me to even dream of that small glory.
That was a good race, enjoy the track, with the sand portion and that fast run and turn at the finish- the fight for 2-8 was constantly changing, meanwhile Mimo just took the heck off- the camera was barely on him he got so far ahead, 4 sec Lead at one point!! Red Eye made a great run at the end, couldn't grab the win, but CCE's have a nice start to the season - I was rooting for Billy, he had a great run from qualifiers to the finish, kept fighting back to 2nd or 3rd, but sadly got just 5th at the end- still a good showing
This race feels like it was tailor-made to make me happy. The two teams I root for (Momo and CCE) get clean podium spots, and the battle for third was intense and wild, including great performances from M1 newcomer Rima and dark horse Tumult.

Tumult did really good in this race, had a lot of battles for positioning and still had the endurance to finish 3rd

What an absolutely DOMINANT performance by Mimo!! He lead basically the entire race, stretching the lead out to 4 seconds at one point. Looks like a battle between Momo and CCE, with them finishing top 2 both races!

Wispy just could not figure out a clean way off the sand track. They stumbled there every single lap! Phenomenal performance from Mimo and some amazing charges from Snowstorm and especially Red Eye. Great race.
After rooting so hard to see them in the top 10 at Marbleleague, it's such a treat to see Team Momo absolutely dominate the Marbula One so far! I do have to hand it to Redeye for making a really good run of it near the end though, it was a nailbiter for a bit. I was a little afraid Mimo was taking the sand too roughly, but it looks like pretty much everyone else had the same problems, so luckily it didnt cut into their leads too bad. Wow. I can't wait to see if team Momo can keep it up at the Honeydome.

Red Eye looked so weak for the first half or so. So many times I was watching as speed went max, then down to almost zero, then back to max, then back to zero... That comeback though. Such an emotional rollercoaster
conserving gas, is what i say. good strat.. unlike snowstorm who recovered from 16th to 4th then burned out at the end landing on 11th.

Man i am happy Balls of Chaos did well in this event. I was worried in that first qualification video of the season that they wouldn't even be in it. Crazy Cats Eyes is doing amazing this season, something my mom is happy about.

I think Wispy could've finished high with a bit better luck on the sand. Had a few nasty bumps against the side there that killed momentum, as well as running into others that slowed on the sand

calling all hazers fans: We need a complete revamp of the team - it's like we have noooooo motivation at all, we're just getting pushed over by the underdogs....
The problem is mainly Hazy. Smoggy is guite consistent, but I think Hazy just isn't the best pick for Marbula One.
If Bolt didn’t start so slow the Thunderbolts would’ve picked up some real nice points. So frustrating.
Spent the first half of the race screaming at my monitor as he kept dropping places. Watching these is really frustrating sometimes...
Was a nice redemption towards the end tho, plus one point for fastest lap. For some reason I feel like every ball from Thunderbolts is bad at starting and it has cost a lot of points for them.

Yeah, I guess it's only natural he took almost zero risks throughout that whole race, thinking it would be enough to get a top 12 points finish. Just held back too much.
The Speeders nearly always age well with the season though, so no panic yet.
I think the whole team's morale has taken a beating. Rapidly is usually an agressive driver but today he was actively avoiding marbles on that final straight. It's so sad to watch
What a race! So many lead changes (behind Mimo, of course!), and how great to see Mimo and team Momo do so well. Maybe they and Team Primary have found their niche in Marbula One! :-)

As a Team Momo fan, it's so good to see some proper success come their way after so much effort and so many obstacles. It was also so interesting to see the racing line groove itself into the sand trap as the marbles ran over it again and again. Go Momo!!!
Billy deserved podium, i cant believe this, he was so good and climbed back again and again, im in tears
Hey, it was a solid race, and they made good points for the overall standings - but these are all professional athletes and billy stumbled in the final lap ....no mistake goes unpunished with world class competition.
Others would have finished middle of the pack after dropping like he did. But he's just a great racer. Podium would have been well deserved, but its still a great result. I am proud of Billy!🦆

What happened in lap 16 around 9:00 to Mimo? Coming off the sand the gap was 3.5 seconds. By the end of the lap RDI had the gap to first down to under a second. A lap before Mr Woods realized the gap had closed (no shade). Would love to see a wide angle there out of curiosity.
It seems that this will be a two horse race with Team Momo and the Crazy Cat‘s Eyes both just swapped places this race.
But as CCE deserved the first race victory, it was a well deserved Victory for Team Momo (but both had a great race in their own way)
Snowstorm almost had that one but lost stamina in the end, it’s ok Snowy will get it next time.

That was a good race, enjoy the track, with the sand portion and that fast run and turn at the finish- the fight for 2-8 was constantly changing, meanwhile Mimo just took the heck off- the camera was barely on him he got so far ahead, 4 sec Lead at one point!! Red Eye made a great run at the end, couldn't grab the win, but CCE's have a nice start to the season - I was rooting for Billy, he had a great run from qualifiers to the finish, kept fighting back to 2nd or 3rd, but sadly got just 5th at the end- still a good showing

The marble league curse?
This race feels like it was tailor-made to make me happy. The two teams I root for (Momo and CCE) get clean podium spots, and the battle for third was intense and wild, including great performances from M1 newcomer Rima and dark horse Tumult.
My Oceanics may not be the greatest, but we finished in front of the O'Rangers and Speeders, so I'm happy with that.
Oceanics and Orangers were in the 7th to 10th place during the first 5-6 laps, then suddenly fell back hard. That was sad
