✨Recipe:
1 stick melted butter
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup Caster sugar (blended white sugar)
½ cup Brown sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Espresso powder
In a separate bowl:
½ cups Flour
¼ cup Bread flour
½ tsp Baking soda
Pinch salt
⅔ cups chocolate chips melted (hersheys)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix bowl 1 ingredients together
3. Mix bowl 2 ingredients together and fold into bowl 1
4. Gently fold in melted chocolate. Bake for 20-25 mins.

Bowl 1:
~ 115g melted unsalted butter
~ 30g coco powder ~ 100g brown sugar ~ 100g caster sugar
~ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
~ 1 tsp espresso
~ 2 eggs
Bowl 2:
* 100g all purpose flour
* 20g bread flour
≥ 1/2 tsp baking powder
> pinch of salt
Don't forget your chocolate !!
(150g chocolate)
