Love the use of the war thunder in game soundtracks. I never particularly see them get used a lot anywhere in my experience, but sometimes I just like to sit and listen to the ground wars battle theme 1 which I personally think is the best one. I think off of memory this is like the third or second one. Still a great early choice to set a suspenseful moment with action up.

Oxy please make a map review video series explaining strategies, chokepoints and sniper spots in a map. Also, how do you aim so well? Is it just memorization and practice or are you using some technique?
You have to memorize some landmarks on each map and learn to make rough estimations (such as rangefinding houses in maginot line to have a rough idea of range in the sniper zones), have a draft of hot areas and common ranges there or know REALLY well that damn sight (each tick is a 200m mark, the horizontal ticks are about Panther hull side length, do some basic math on the go and you get a very good range estimation) and know how to use reference targets to draw a conclusion fast

Oxy you're the best WT youtuber imo. Thanks to these "tree analysis" you've helped me a lot with understanding how to play the various tanks i've unlocked in the British and Italian trees. On top of this with your clips you showed some pretty interesting spots that i never considered. Keep the quality up! P.S. Since vehicles get added constantly, could you do a quick bi-monthly video in which you go over the new vehicles that got added in the trees you've already talked about? For example if they added a japanese tank you could just ignore it for now and talk about it in the Japanese tree review.

Maybe that T34 FIRED the gun as it took breech damage, sometimes it happens to MATCH hit cam. That's something one may do and die because he panicked or as he input fire, the damage registered and that damage took priority over him firing.

And why is one green player and all other are blue? And how spotting do? Maybe some of them are hard to elaborate in one sentence but you can direct me to some videos. After putting so much time into the German line for the past several months, how do you feel about the current state of German tanks? I know for the longest time folks have mentioned some pretty good arguments for why they're lacking, but that was at least a couple years ago. Has the introduction of various new light tanks in the mid/upper tiers along with BR adjustments alleviated any issues Germany had? I'm a US player myself (on top of not having played the game in over a year) so I honestly don't have a clue what the state of the German line is currently or in the past several years other than just occasional mentions from TH-camrs or commenters.
Hello Mr. Oxy. How about making a sort of cost efficient lineups? There are some nasty expensive vehicles that really are not worth a risk of taking out and start losing silver lions rather then gaining them. Tnx

The rule of thumb for repair costs is that if it's cheap, either the vehicle is terrible or has a very short service life, or how I approach it, have a very high skill ceiling with very little handhold. For reference, leo 1 at 7.7 costs around 5k while vickers costs 10k to repair. Leo has no armor and only relies on its gun. A vickers or any 6.7-7.7 British tank has a stabilizer with high pen apds and devastating AP, which are objective advantages over competitors. Same with Ferdinand and Leo2a5, great armor for its BR. I have every German tank and air, same for USA, Britian 8.3, soviet 6.3, Japanese 7.7(ground only) and Italy 8.0. I'd avoid brits because high repair costs early on, and if suggest getting really good in a 109G2/trop. It prints SL like no other and funds my top teir very nicely.

Do you seriously grind SL just to dump it all on high tier and then rinse and repeat?
Hindel Gaming well, no not entirely like that. Having 2 opposing nations at top teir gives enough flavor of the top stuff that I kind of don't play it anymore. As of now, I don't have any SL issues, yet my leopard 2a4 is missing top round and thermals, and my 2a5 is basically stock. Just got parts fpe, tracks and vertical drive and haven't played it in some 6 months. I will say though, I played the living crap out of Kpz70, around 1K battles in it just because of that repair cost and very fun. Made crazy amounts of sl with it, but now with 6 sec repair I expect it to move up with repair cost ballooning. It's absolutely unfair man, I 100% agree with you. I think I've reached a point in wt where I have seen everything there is to see. Interestingly I've moved back to spading my mid teir tanks. Recently spaced American M41A1 just because I got cheap market skin for it and it just breathed a new life to it. How's Italy so far? About to hit ariete p soon, what should I expect? Also I should add that I wait on sales to bulk buy rank 5 tanks and jets. Victory day sales will give a 50% discount on every tank purchased with SL. Saves a ton. If it's a tree like Italy or Japan where there are very few tanks, I bite the bullet and buy them anyways because waiting for discount isn't viable since the three is small as it is.
Hey Oxy I have a suggestion, when you make the lineups can you divide them I two? One with and one without CAS, so I would like to the lineups without CAS first because tanks are easier to get
Why no 3.3 and 3.7 lineups? The Pz. 4 F2 could have a Marder and Pz. 3M as backup, together with the D5 Stuka (cannons are effective against AA and aircraft, so it can kinda serve as auxiliary fighter) or be backup for the Wirbelwind and StuG 3F

I came to that conclusion when trying to discuss just yesterday, when I asked about some weird BR choices on some tanks and a bunch of people rolled up to correct me on my BR, and the best part is, half of them knew the modes were tiered differently, but thought that me getting the BR wrong was more likely than me talking about the mode with the higher playerbase (Oh, and the game never explicitly states that the modes have individual tiering either)
I would probably put the Wirbelwind in the 5.3 instead of the Ostwind, but i guess that's personell choice. Also the Radkampfwagen could replace either the Leo 2A4 or 2K in the 10.3 lineup to add some versatility.
I think this is all very insightful thank you for this! I disagree however on one vehicle. I think the 2k is slightly sub-par to the Leo l44. Strictly on the fact of thermals. Its nice to have mobility and the 20mm, but with so many fast vehicles out there I'd rather have a counter to that than one that is good but not great at being a highly mobile gun platform.

I've noticed that crew knockouts have been very buggy this patch. At 15:55 you get a crew knockout on that T-34 after only killing 2/4 crew.

Hey Oxy I have a suggestion, when you make the lineups can you divide them I two? One with and one without CAS, so I would like to the lineups without CAS first because tanks are easier to get
I do fine with 4 vehicles. If you need a fifth vehicle then likely you’re not gonna do anything effective with it

Why no 3.3 and 3.7 lineups? The Pz. 4 F2 could have a Marder and Pz. 3M as backup, together with the D5 Stuka (cannons are effective against AA and aircraft, so it can kinda serve as auxiliary fighter) or be backup for the Wirbelwind and StuG 3F

I came to that conclusion when trying to discuss just yesterday, when I asked about some weird BR choices on some tanks and a bunch of people rolled up to correct me on my BR, and the best part is, half of them knew the modes were tiered differently, but thought that me getting the BR wrong was more likely than me talking about the mode with the higher playerbase (Oh, and the game never explicitly states that the modes have individual tiering either)
I would probably put the Wirbelwind in the 5.3 instead of the Ostwind, but i guess that's personell choice.
Also the Radkampfwagen could replace either the Leo 2A4 or 2K in the 10.3 lineup to add some versatility.
Anyway you can update the current premium and rewards tanks.? I know you might have a videos planned, be worth the wait.
I think this is all very insightful thank you for this! I disagree however on one vehicle. I think the 2k is slightly sub-par to the Leo l44. Strictly on the fact of thermals. Its nice to have mobility and the 20mm, but with so many fast vehicles out there I'd rather have a counter to that than one that is good but not great at being a highly mobile gun platform.
