What a beautiful home! I honestly think this house was so overhyped that it garnered more criticism. It did not deserve all the hate. This is truly a masterpiece. I hope Mr. Niami can bounce back.
I always appreciate the architecture of these megamansions, but none of them ever felt like houses I'd personally want to live in - but I would absolutely love to live here!

The view is amazing...I'd prefer smaller house with big garden and guest houses. I'm not into minimalism and sleek design. I like intimate spaces and casual comfortable. Looks like a place for large retreats.

It’s not fair…for all the lenders and contractors to be left high and dry. I think the court’s decision should be struck down. And a minimum purchase price should be calculated to cover outstanding building costs. In all essence, it was NOT a clear title.

I've been watching a lot of these house tours lately and it boggles my mind how the most drab/bland houses get so many compliments in the comments, while this house always seems to get criticized and called tasteless. It's like I'm in the Bizarro World where everything is opposite. Every inch of this house is beautiful.
The criticism is about the sheer size of the house. Can you imagine the energy required to cool or heat this giant tomb?

The builder and history behind this house made it into a laughingstock. Several TH-camrs made videos joking about the house tour videos made by the builder desperately trying to sell it. So those that know will always tend to criticize it. Watch the full tour and you’ll understand how big this house really is.
@@tooflyable I've watched the full tour, that's why I don't understand how anyone can criticize it. This house is a work of art imo. Niami is a great developer. He seems a bit off his rocker lately, but I think he's just desperate. His antics are irrelevant though. I'm just talking about the house, and while it might be too expensive to actually sell for the price it's worth, that doesn't mean it's ugly or tasteless.

It's being force auctioned right now, right? As many different directions as this could have gone, I bet once it's sold it will be used as some sort of branded content house, almost like the Wish house where Dan Bilzerian used to live. My guess is, it will be more of a venue than a home, which - funny enough - is almost in line with what Nile Niami envisioned for the place.
