I'm having the exact same problem with my car! Sometimes there's a flat spot while driving and it doesn't flutter as much, while other times it's completely normal and drives fine... However I do have an engine light saying that all 5 coils aren't working properly even though the car is running fine, so thinking it could be related and it's just an electrical problem... I will also check things like spark plugs and stuff this weekend... Keep us updated please 🙏 Edit: I'd like to add that I've replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor due to it throwing codes and the car driving very sluggish... While the new sensor has improved things, it hasn't completely solved the problem...

Have you tryed the MAF sensor mate a had to put a 3.0bar on as my induction kit wrecking them and a also binned the dream science map and went for a live map helped for me mate 🤞
I know you recently fitted the induction kit, is the maf sitting in the correct position as that can cause issues if it's not in the right position. Plug should sit at about 2 o clock to run right. De😢 check your plugs also
Dont gap your plugs. RS plugs are fine, they absolutely dont need gapping for anything below 400bhp, im running a hybrid turbo at 375bhp with standard spec plugs. 8psi preload sounds like a bit much by the way, usually its 7psi on uprated actuators but main thing there is youd need to make sure the map is setup to make use of that. Did you check the coil packs? Thatd be the first thing to check, buy a coilpack from autodoc (bosch) and switch out one cylinder at a time. If it is an actual misfire then itll show up as a p0300 (multiple misfires) and p030x (p0301-4 depending on which cylinder its misfiring on).
@@Yodaracing1 doesnt mean they wont come up. Another thing to check is the MAF sensor - give it a clean with IPA spray. They can cause intermittent sort of misfiring sensation, again not always throwing a code for it initially. I DMd ya on insta if you want to chat there instead.
I have the same problem with mine , most of the time its fine but now and again its like its suddenly reduced torque 50% and feels flat. I was thinking mine was actuator related and have a replacement but now thinking perhaps not.
@@Yodaracing1 it took a while for that code to come up tbh.. after i replaced x5 spark plugs.. x5 coil packs.. new boost solenoid.. new map… & cleaned the maf..
Yea it’s possibly but cuz it doesn’t do it all the time and isn’t throwing a code I don’t wanna spend. A lot of money buying 5 coilpacks for it not to help if I had a code for one of the cylinders it would help 🤣
