OK, a Zizek reference in a training video? I love it. Your channel is truly it's own unique and inspiring thing young man and deserves the seemingly ever-increasing number of subscribers...
Sam you are hands down my favourite person on this platform. I laugh my head off with you. It’s like your talking directly to me at times. Your way of speaking keeps me interested for the whole video. By far the best fitness person on here.
I'm not gonna lie... this legit is like one of those videos from Ronnie Coleman back in early 2000's when he'd be prepping his pre workout meal, heading to the gym, and showing his whole workout! That is why I enjoy watching Sam Sulek out of any other fitness influencer, this guy's are straight real to the sport, and full of dedication. Ps. Ronnie still the King tho 😎 yeaaaaah buddddy!!
Hey Captain Sam, I have been watching your videos on our TV before and after the gym with my best bros Lucas and Jack and we are inspired and thankful for every vid. Keep up the solid work Sammy boy
Hey Sam I just discovered you and your videos are just so smooth to watch. I couldn't understand how an hour and a half hour passed. Great form, keep it up!
Sam is no much more articulate and well spoken than people like Greg Doucette make him out to be. And he gives legitimately good cutting advice so that's just more proof that people are using his name for clicks. Keep doing you Sam, you're videos are so enjoyable to watch, the simplicity is everything imo.
I had the same idea about the guy. But after watching 2 or 3 of his videos. I think he is 1) very articulate and charismatic 2) very knowledgeable 3) very entertaining even though his style is the most minimalistic vlogging.
What people really need to understand is that as long as you stay healthy, you can eat and work out in whatever way that makes you happy. These TikTok "Science-Based Lifters" really need to get it through their heads that sometimes eating and working out in a way that brings you joy is much more important than being "Optimal". We should live life to love life, and not make this journey into a boring job. If you check your vitamin levels, hormone levels, and cardiovascular health on a regular basis, which I'm 100% positive that a guy as dedicated as Sam would do, nothing else really matters. I guarantee that Sam enjoys his process much more than people that turn lifting into a science. Bottom line- Make sure you're healthy, and do whatever the fuck makes you happy.
This is not at all to say that you should go into the gym and waste your time because you're uninformed. It's to say that once you understand health, proper form, and basic muscle building concepts, you should morph your knowledge into a routine that brings you joy. Don't aim for perfect. Aim for perfect for you.
Bro looks around 30. Too many androgens. Imagine the hypertrophybin his heart already. And he's still got years of blasting to go. I'm not hating. If that's what he wants to do, by all means man go for it. But I don't think the consequences are talked about enough and how doing that shit like he does is literally taking years off your life.
I'm not a hater here but I don't get the hype around him. He is just 21 but talks like f*king 40year old experienced bodybuilder and many of that talk is with no sense.. And he will be lucky if make it till 40s. At least there is something new in youtube because lately there are not many good videos about muscle building

Tbh is like he is just talking to himself or to a friend and just speaks what’s on his mind. Even when he messes it up, he dnt edit it out, he jus goes “what am I saying” and corrects it. Like the style of vlogging

Usually I cant sit 90min straight watching something because of my freaky ADHD but these videos are genuinely interesting, im watching atleast 2hours of sam daily 😅
It’s so weird for me who’s trained for 9 years and am 2 years older than Sam.. watching him like he’s the all knowing Master 😂 whatever he says is what I’m doing 😂
I have no interest in fitness or bodybuilding but I could listen to Sam all day, just something really calming about his voice and the way he speaks is so interesting.
Sam!! You need an Old School bodybuilding clothing line. The 80s/90s bodybuilding clothes, big t’s, cut off sleeve flannels, parachute sweat pants, stringer tank tops. Make some extra $ you deserve it ❤
Been following you for a bit now, have to say you are damn impressive my friend. Some of my "opinions" I'll just share them here as the video goes on that way I don't forget. As someone who's weighed over 300 pounds, did some high school level power lifting and football and even weight trained a bit after all that... my weight has yo yoed a little and I've had bouts of losing / gaining 50 or 60 pounds over the past few years. As someone who's only about 5'8 maybe 5'9 on a good day... 300+ is WAYYY to much. In terms of your maintenance calorie sentiment (tracking macros, weighing yourself daily) I agree fully. I think though two weeks is probably not long enough to get a really good idea. Bodyweight fluctuates a fair bit through out the course of a day. But the approach, absolutely. Weigh everything you eat, track everything you ingest short of water (and even that can be helpful too if your not consistently hydrating yourself well enough). Do that for about a month. If your intake is consistent for about a month, and your activity levels are consistent, over about 4 weeks you'll have enough data points to see a realistic trend if you were to graph it out. Calorie density. My man. This is 100% the game changer. I could EASILY eat 1500-1800 worth of calories in a single setting and not feel at all like I'd overeaten. 1000 calories worth of broccoli and chicken breast would leave me sickeningly full and I'd stay full for a long long time. I always try to include (since I'm a big fat guy, who has at least 100 more pounds to lose) some foods which are not dense in calories at every meal. I skip breakfast (always have) and try to have a light 300-400 calorie lunch. Leaves me a solid 1000-1200 calories for dinner and if I feel like I have to have it a 100-200 calorie snack. Broccoli, cauliflour, green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes (a wee bit higher cals here), carrots, romain lettuce. I'll whip up some soup with 99% lean ground turkey, green peppers, onions and mushrooms with a little low sodium beef or chicken broth, garlic, some crushed tomatoes. I can eat a nice size bowl of soup for less than 300 calories. Follow that up with some of those veggies and I've got a killer low calorie lunch that usually keeps me full enough until dinner time. Some days I'll eat a 160 calorie ham sandwhich along with it. Secrets there are mustard and pickles which are basically free calorie wise and usually no cheese. If your not losing weight (or gaining weight) then your either not being accurate with your intake levels, or you simply need to adjust them if you are being accurate. Food scale is a must. Losing (or gaining) weight is simple. It's not easy. But it is rather simple. Love the channel, enjoy the content!
is no one gonna talk about the amount of confidence this dude has just walking into a full gym and talking to a camera. his voice doesnt change, he doesnt say anything different bcs theres people around. He's just himself. I admire that.

Man, the pulldown straight bar is so crazy for triceps. I started doing it week ago, my triceps just started growing like crazy. I dont know what is it with that exercise, but i f**ing feel it alive. Last workout i did it with 55kg, today 60kg. I couldnt move 55kg for more than 8 reps last workout. Now im doing 60kg for 8-10 reps. Thank you man. I also dont stop when i cant fully extend my elbows. I love u man. I started getting bulkier, im also eating like craaazy. 160+ protein/ 350+ carbs/ 80-120 fats. 5'11.5 / 167.5lbs.
Goal is 175lbs.

Thanks man. It's been years since I got back into things. You remind me of an old friend I would lift with. Cheers
The sheer joy sam shows when he's seeing all the work pay off during the pump reveal is great!
Man these videos are great. Loving the dedication of the daily training sessions.
This type of video that is longer and shows us more of what you do in a day is great, would love to see more videos made like this, keep it up
I'm not gonna lie... this legit is like one of those videos from Ronnie Coleman back in early 2000's when he'd be prepping his pre workout meal, heading to the gym, and showing his whole workout!

Sams' videos are actually a good motivation for going to the gym aswell as they are entertaining!
Greg saying someone is inarticulate is the definition of “pot calling the kettle black”.
I had the same idea about the guy. But after watching 2 or 3 of his videos. I think he is 1) very articulate and charismatic 2) very knowledgeable 3) very entertaining even though his style is the most minimalistic vlogging.
Greg always praises him, why you talking shit? Dummy
Aim for perfect for you.
the pump literally had my jaw drop. 90 mins, what a treat!
You sound gay asf bro
This kid is legendary… we love you Sam, just don’t leave us 😢
Bro looks around 30.
@@DucksHustle na, not 'by all means go for it'. He is the prime example for testosterone drugs on the open market needing to be treated like cocaine/heroine. How many youngsters his age, at the prime of their testicles development, would have taken drugs that affect their balls.

Every Guy who is so invented into this has crazy dismorphia
Sam you always make me go harder in the gym 🙏
1 hr and 20minutes what a special day 🔥🙏🙏
