Nice trip report. The cabin on the A321-Neo looks really good but I agree the ground service really let this flight down- waiting one hour for your bags is totally unacceptable.
There is one inaccuracy in your video- Binter Canarias fly year round from Tenerife North to Funchal on Madeira (Portugal) which makes two year round international flights. There are also Summer seasonal flights to Lisbon and Marrakesh.
