concrete bollards......they stop just about everything. we have a lot of them here in Fl where there are no sidewalks...make them decorative like Target, large round balls. we have those at our airport.

Thing is it's a public road so trying to stop people from driving on a public road has gotten people I personally know in some big trouble so if you don't want the hassle of a busy road move that is the best and only way to deal with it sorry for my true opinions
