    Why do people think we don't run lights and sirens for heart attack victims 😂 you think we are going to delay our response to the scene or transport to the hospital because someone is having a heart attack?

      I was told a while back by a paramedic that the siren wasnt used if they were transporting a heart attack victim. If I was having a heart attack, I wouldnt want to hear the siren en route to hospital.

      @@retroolschool never heard that before our nearest hospital is about 20 to 25 minutes or longer depending on where we are at on scene. We are definitely not delaying transport for a critical or severe medical call. But during that clip the medic/ambulance was stuck behind traffic so it was probably best to just wait till the light turned green instead of forcing cars into the intersection.
