    NAFO likes to call everything Russian propaganda, but when I ask them if Ukraine does propaganda they don't respond.

      @frodolucanius 13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Every side does propaganda, you have to be naive to not take it as a fact. Problem is, that ruzzian propaganda is way worse in the way that harms the individual and society. Their lies, the spreading of extremism, setting buildings on fire using paid strangers, etc, the list goes on and on. Meanwhile UK´s propaganda is more about finding funds for army and saying that everything is okay when it is not okay on the battlefield. Can you see the difference? The russia spreads a lot of misinformation to hurt and to establish influence, UK´s trying to get money to defend. I´d rather choose UK´s form of propaganda.

      Well, the more intelligent somebody is the higher the possibility of self delusion can get, with enough turning & twisting of arguments and information everything can be internally rationalised if the bias is strong enough. All of the guys interviewed were there for their own emotional reasons and because they were looking for a meaning by helping the "underdog", but tbh it could be every other conflict within their possibility to reason that one side is right and the other wrong, even back in the syrian civil war there were plenty of foreigners involved, probably has been like this since the dawn of warfare but only in the last decades it has been documented, the constant migration of emotionally damaged mercs looking for some cause to make them whole again, but thats just my opinion.

Afghanistan was invaded for what? Because Bin Laden was there? He was not. Because of the Taliban? They spent 20 years, a trillion dollars, then they handed over the country to the same guys who they killed for 20 years, and left billions of worth of equipment there, to be sold around the world. That guy wasn't on the frontline. Probably he was just instructor somewhere on the Polish border.
    When he mentioned about smoke grenades I turned off this bullsihiting, this is bizarre incomeptence. He has no idea what he's talking about:
    In this war, every squad has a link to artillery and AGS support and Mavics with drops.
    1. The smoke from even a few grenades creates a small coverage area.
    2. You need time to create smoke, during which time the enemy is already aiming there at least AGS. The smoke begins to act as a landmark for artillery aiming.
    3. Everything RPG, Mortars, Maivcs, Machine Guns starts shooting into the smoke.
    Update:
    After he mentioned about minefields. There was no minefields in Bakhmut. Minefields was in Soledar and a bit after Soledar it's on the north. On the South there was no minefields at all, maybe some traps in forest areas, but not a fields. The antitank mines was everywhere, right, but you can not defuse them by man. I don't know, maybe he's faking some facts to make the story more interesting.

Yes, the Good Guys are absolute champions at killing, but all these killings were done with good intentions, for the triumph of certain values, freedom and all that. In addition, they belong to first-class world countries, which again is proof of the high civilizational mission of all the murders and devastation carried out. The Bad Guys weren't as successful in terms of body count, but their intentions were so disgusting that they can't be justified like the Good Guys.

First thing I'm reacting to is how casually the subject attributed sheltering in schools as something "the Russians did a lot in the early days of the war". It seems either disingenuous or ignorant to single out Russia exclusively as the party that used schools (and other civilian infrastructure like hospitals etc.), when we had like a million photos and videos of Ukrainian soldiers living in and using such buildings, probably at least 100x of that of the Russians.

It's interesting that the civilians were russian speaking ukrainians and when the Ukrainian army had to abandon the post they striped the civilians from their cloths and got away dressed up as civilians. The outcry from the western media against Amnesty was mind-blowing. The pro-ukrainian media was glorifying the Ukrainian army for being soooo smart and clever tactics. I know of US units that were in Ukraine since 2015 and that didn't seem to weed out bad tactical discipline. The Ukrainians seem to be locked into the Kruzschev Stalingrad tactics of never retreating in the face of superior enemy fire. Don't forget that Kruzschev was Ukrainian.

After the war, Marshal Zhukov addressed the topic of "charging through minefields" by explaining that the German minefields were usually set with enfilading MG36/42 nests, barbed wire and other obstacles, and presighted artillery, and that having soldiers crawling through poking around for Bouncing Bettys was costing more lives than simply charging the damn positions, and mine-detectors were something the Americans had access to, but a German sniper would immediately recog ise someone with any such equipment in the Red Army and quickly have a bullet put through him. Minefiekds, as the Ukrainians learned last year, are there to slow yiu down so that other, more lethal, ordnance can be rained down upon you while you're poking in the ground with a bayonet like a sitting duck. He knew they were taking on 80% of the entire German Army, leaving mostly cooks, clerks, convalescing wounded and communications troops to take on the the US and other allied forces in France and Italy, and those same reserve units were the ones who stopped Market Garden in its tracks. My granddad, who fought from 1942 and only came home in 48, said thank God the Soviets had taken the vast brunt on because otherwise those millions dead would've likely included him and most of his mates. The Eastern Front was a completely different war than anything we've seen before, or hopefully ever will in future.

    Lmaooo fresh canvases, teach them nato tactics 😂😂nato cannot fight this war, russians are not the taliban. Ukraine should be the one training nato soldiers. Ukrainian soldiers are vastly combat and tactically superior to anything nato has. Asking a primary school kid to train a professor of physics. The world is upside down

      agree. Ukr soldiers much more experienced with drone warfare than NATO countries. need to end war now & get Ukr soldiers still left standing to train others in modern warfare.
