Wait did you just boil the plantains ?? I’ve never seen that before. Only fried… I love this boiled yuca ,green banana and sweet potato Spanish dish at the corner store by me but never boiled plantain. That seems so much easier than frying and healthier. Did you put anything in the water? Salt or anything else?
