One of the Toto songs that i love. Steve looks melancholic, and his voice evokes the emotions so perfectly, you just feel it.. He’s such a great musician with an awesome voice that is distinctly Toto, i could tell with my eyes closed. I love their album, Mindfields also Tambu not to mention TotoIV and Fahrenheit

Luke is just ice cold in this. This band is the ultimate Supergroup. It actually sticks in my throat that these songs are not mainstream. Even rock stations in the UK only play Rosanna, Hold The Line and Africa ... it's an affront to their talent, reputation and discographies.

I went to go see them with my mom back in 2015 at Mohegan Sun in CT and they opened for Yes. Not only was I blown away that Yes had Toto open for them, when it certainly should have been the other way around, Toto still kicked ass even though most of them are in their late 50’s/early 60’s now.
I remember listening to "Mindfields" the first time and being overwhelmed by the quality of the music. By the time I got to "Melanie", I knew it was Toto's best album and still believe this 21 years later. A masterpiece from start to finish.

Hola Fran, una disculpa por corregir tu comentario, soy TOTOMANIACO y los he seguido desde finales de los 70´S y te informo, que el líder de TOTO no era Steve Lukather, sino Jeff Porcaro el baterísta, y por eso al morir Jeff, la banda casi se desintegra, ya que al ser Jeff el líder y al haber fallecido, nadie tomo las riendas de TOTO hasta que lo hizo el tecladísta Boby Kimball . Longevity of anything will always be criticized and these guys easily could have called it quits but they are still showing here that they handled age well and still can put out some great songs even when not at their best. Who would have thought that some of their best would come over a decade later. Pure genius.
