UPDATE: I am now aware Bob Dylan only wrote the song "Like A Rolling Stone" and is not, in fact, part of the band The Rolling Stones

I will never stay for any White Album Slander. Sorry
Edit: Okay, I do agree that A Hard Days Night is a lot of fun. Easily the best early Beatles have to offer.

My favorite is please please me because it’s happy and simple. Nothing too complicated.

The reason certain songs you mentioned weren't on the albums whose sessions they were recorded during is because it was customary back then in the UK to not include previously released singles on LPs. It was redundant and thought of as ripping off the public. That's why the Past Masters collection was necessary to complete the band's UK discography.
You actually kind of explain this in the Magical Mystery Tour section. The reason it was an EP in the UK is because the second side songs had all been previously released as singles and didn't get a re-release for that reason. In the US, Capitol didn't have the same kind of restriction and would release anything they wanted.
When the CD releases came out they chose the US version of MMT because it made it easier to get those second side songs released, without including them on Past Masters and, besides, the MMT LP was eventually released in the UK in 1976.

Revolver is my favorite Beatles album, mostly because I love experimental drug music. In my opinion I think all the songs on there are all fantastic but I personally love Tomorrow Never Knows, She Said She Said, And Your Bird Can Sing, and Eleanor Rigby. Plus, Paul, John, and George's meanings/stories of the songs are also very interesting. If I was only allowed to listen to one Beatles album I'd pick Revolver for sure :)

Also, again in my opinion, I love I Want You (She's So Heavy). I've heard people say it technically was one of the first "heavy metal songs" but I think it's the birth of Grunge rock, it has that Grunge Rock sound to me. But I also like it for the simple lyrics, guitars, bass, drums, etc. :)

"I Feel Fine" and "Hey Jude" along with "Penny Lane" "Strawberry Fields Forever" etc. were purposefully left off of Beatles albums because "the boys" felt that albums featuring a hit single surrounded by filler songs were a rip off. George Martin later said leaving Penny Lane/Strawberry Fields off of Sgt. Pepper was the "biggest mistake of my life."
Oh, and although I disagree with about half of your rankings ("All Too Much" is way ahead of its time, and I, too, really disliked "I Want You/She's So Heavy" back when it was released, in 1969, but now appreciate it in a way I simply couldn't as a 19 year old) I tip my hat to you for even daring to do it! BTW, I am also a huge Beach Boys / Brian Wilson fan -- and I lived through the release of all of The Beatles and Beach Boys albums when a teenager. Didn't love the White Album for the longest time after it came out but now truly love it. You'd probably be interested -- or perhaps horrified ? -- that a couple of musical ensembles recreate "Revolution 9" live on stage: th-cam.com/video/_WjfQSxcq0c/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/0YcHRnjxKxQ/w-d-xo.html and it actually is far more musical than you suggest (IMO).
Enjoying your video essays tremendously! I really love it when folks who hadn't even been born when this music was made discover The Beatles and Beach Boys. Brava!

-I've actually relistened to Please Please Me recently, and it's better than expected. Albeit not great, it's got its moments like I Saw Her Standing There and Love Me Do, solid songs, Twist and Shout does stand out as a cover, even though I'm not particularly fond of With the Beatles and Beatles for Sale, due to the excessive amount of love songs and covers.
-I believe A Hard Day's Night and Help are more or less evenly-matched, maybe Help has got better highs. As for Yesterday, I'm aware of its importance, it's the first McCartney solo effort in chronological order... but it's way too overplayed and I don't seem to like it in the long run.
-I never considered Rubber Soul a top album. It's great, but not on the same level as the next two, because its highs aren't as high as Revolver or Sgt Pepper's, and its lows are quite low. Drive My Car is a very catchy opener, You Won't See Me is also great with those Beach Boys-esque backing vocals, Norwegian Wood is the best song of the album, but I always found Michelle kinda annoying (Girl is better), What Goes On is the worst Ringo song, The Word isn't that good and Run for Your Life doesn't deserve to be the closer.
-Revolver and Sgt. Pepper nailed what Rubber Soul hadn't done, yet, that is bringing in the band's ambition to the fullest. They got a few duds, but not as much as Rubber Soul and The White Album, which kinda pisses me off because it's got some of the band's most amazing tracks, and also some of their worst. Back in the USSR and Dear Prudence are terrific, Wild Honey Pie is bad, While My Guitar is the best of Harrison, Bungalow Bill is garbage, Helter Skelter is great, Revolution 9 is okay and Good Night is a weak closer.
-I like Magical Mystery Tour better than Let It Be and Rubber Soul, because it's got better highs, such as The Fool on the Hill, I Am the Walrus, Penny Lane and one of my all-time favorite songs, Strawberry Fields Forever. Too bad it ends with All You Need Is Love, which I can't stand.
-I don't like Phil Spector's production on Let It Be, which has 3 great moments, the title track, Get Back and Across the Universe. I don't care for the other tracks.
