I figured it wouldnt be too much of a problem to help others find out the features of this unit, i still have to take it out sometime and play with it on a firearm.
I just purchased one of these for a customers build. I am very pleased with it so far since i put it on. i actually think i may be buying a few more of these for my personal collection. Thank you for the nice review.
Did you have any issues with the mounting system on the unit when using it for the customers weapon, how are they liking it after 3 months?
I had zero issues mounting it or the power switch. Thr customer seemed to like it..ive not talked to them since a few weeks after install but have had no complaints @WVGunsNGoats

There is an ir illuminator version that just came out. More practical. Just got mine yesterday and compared to my holosun le117ir and streamlight tlr vir2. It on par, if not brighter than the holosun at full power. Seems like a solid unit. Very beefy

@@jslz74salazar18customers support was very helpful also when my picatinny lock plate stripped out. they sent me a whole new unit. just be careful dont over tighten

I have one had it for a while, and it's on point, and I also have been looking for videos, and there are none, Lol it's a GREAT BUDGET GO TO THAT WORKS, and it has held zero on my 9mm pcc as I'm watching your video my quirks are the switch and needs a IR illuminater as well flash light is very bright great video 👍🏾 oh and I'll buy another just want the IRI
They have an IR illum model now i believe

It appears to be submergible, I have not had a chance to take it to the range yet, but as it warms up i will be, I have been seeing some other issues that a couple youtubers were having and i need to see if mine gives me the same problems.
Eta on the range video? Looking to get this but holding out till there is more then one video of it holding zero!
Hey I am sorry about the late response but i have not been able to take it to the range yet, I am hoping to get it out fairly soon because of the weather actually starting to warm up i can be out at night time. I have been seeing some issues a few other youtubers had that i need to keep an eye out for when filming that video.

Is the pressure pad connection proprietary? Just trying to see if any standard pressure pad works on it

Just bought one, planning on dumping around 800rds within 2 days span at a training event with this unit. Heard possible issues with the laz/IR holding zero after the 500rd mark

So can one button on the switch control the light and the other control the vis laser?
No, they only turn on and off/ momentary what you have the switch set too
I got one and really like it, but it gets in the way of any optical i put on it, even with a high mount.

The surfire scout flashlight how many lumens is it for comparison?
You know, i had to look it up, i didnt know it was so low, lol, the KX2C is listed as 200 lumins.
1. are the lasers slaved together?(how well?)
2. Distance of throw for white light, laser, laser?
They are not slaved together, at the end of the vid i took it out after dark to look at the throw on it.
So correct me if I’m wrong but it has two of the same settings? “IR” for IR laser and “IR/B” for another IR laser? Doesn’t make sense to me to have two of the same things.
You have IR for the IR laser only and IR/B for the IR and Visible laser at the same time.

Is the on/off switch on the unit itself momentary or constant?
Constant, but you can light press it for momentary.

is this an IR illuminator with IR laser for night vision or a flashlight?
IR laser, White light and Visible laser
They jave in ir laser and illum woth vis laser so all you need is a white light

So far, only looking at it on the tabletop it seems nice, However, I have watched some other videos and I have seen some issues that have stood out in other peoples videos that i will have to look at when i get to testing it on the range.
Why do they make all the other lasers/Peqs so expensive?? This one does the same thing like them.
Does it hold zero for shooting 5.56?
I havent gotten out to try it personally, however i have heard from some other owners it is doing well.
If this is as good as it seems then this would pair well with a flux raider

Surefire KX2C is ancient.
True, but still pretty bright. Ive still got some of the GWOT era surefires in a box around here and those are prehistoric by now.

You cannot take this thing apart to pot it , they have it fully filled with epoxy or something , goo luck trying to get that rear panel off ....literally glued into a solid brick ...may be a good thing ? I am going to retrofit all of mine 4 of them to QD 1/2" rise Pic mount ..as the one that came on this unit is trash
Thanks for the info, I had never thought to try and take it apart, and i wanted to do this table top just looking at all its features, It might be useful for someone looking for a spare unit for a .22 or a pcc trainer for NVG use. I still have to get mine to the range, let me know how your retrofit goes.

I don’t want to be greedy but I hope this stays under the radar and only people that watch this video buys this . I need to save up a little so I can buy this and I don’t want it selling out anytime soon 😅 notice you have the blue laser . Compared to green and red what’s the benefit?
Right now its promising, there will be a video coming later where i take it to the range and test it out, and show how to sight it in.

Per the specifications, as is usually the case, the red laser lasts a little longer, but generally people find the green laser is easier to see (I can’t tell the difference myself; either I can see the laser or I can’t no matter the color). Not sure what the advantage of the blue laser would be other than it’s different.
