    I love all of your videos but this one is one of my favourites! It is a winning combination with two gorgeous ladies, beautiful scenery and great music! It is so nice seeing your beautiful daughter in law working out with you. You are both so blessed! I’m on a 14 day challenge to lose weight and get fit. I have referred your channel to others who also love it! You are so positive and I feel so good after the workouts and I try to do at least one workout daily! You are awesome!     Thank you so much!! I've been doing your workouts since the beginning of the pandemic. I'll be 55 in a few weeks, and also have 3 children. The past 2 years have been quite challenging for my family, mentally and physically. I honestly don't what I would've done without your workouts and other helpful, uplifting videos.     An interesting change of pace and worth doing every once in a while but I much prefer your usual 30 minute walking workout especially the 5000 step one. Many of the moves were quite challenging for an above knee amputee - prosthetic knees don’t do well on lunges. Having said that this workout got my heart rate into peak range for one minute and that’s pretty challenging to do. As we all know the more you exercise the harder it is to get your heart rate up. I would love to see more of the 30 minute 5000 steps videos. All your 30 minute walking workouts leave me starting the day energized and positive. Thank you

    Did this workout this morning, and at 51, it was my first HIIT workout. I combined the modified with the normal (tried to do mostly normal) and enjoyed it. It’s a snow day so I had my son supporting me and yelling at me the whole way through! 😂 He’s a soccer player so he only did part of it with me and helped me with form. You and your DIL are adorable and I loved the end when your son danced in with what looked like his cereal bowl! 😂😂😂 I stretch with you every morning and your workouts (for about a year) have really helped me the past four weeks during a healthy challenge I am doing with family members and their friends. I love sugar, so that is my issue. I have lost about 7 pounds thus far and have another 30 to go, but I am on my way. Thank you for caring about us “older” women who have a hard time accepting certain limitations after having been so active in our youth. ♥️ You are abundantly encouraging. Keep it up!

    Fabulous! Just what I needed! I am 67 1/2 and until about 5 years ago was really cardiovascularly fit. Then, a dog showed up and I began to walk her twice daily which cut into going to the gym for treadmill cardio time. Slowly I have regressed. I am just NOW getting back to it and this work out was perfect. I kept up with daughter-in-law the first 19 mins then had to toggle between the two of you, but I finished. Thank you so much for you videos and your TH-cam channel.

    Great video as always! I did your part and still got really sweaty. I'm so glad I found your videos on the internet. It's hard to motivate yourself to exercise when you have back pain, hip problems, etc. But 10, 15 minutes every day, that's doable. I've been doing different exercises for a few weeks and I'm already feeling better. Many, many thanks for your commitment! Please keep it up! You are a great inspiration for me! Thank you!

    THIS was PERFECT! It took me a while to find a mid-range HIIT with great music and I've found it! The gorgeous view reminded me to keep going for those future beach days when I want to keep up with my grandkids! Just perfect in every way! Thanks so much!

    What a beautiful video and a keepsake for your daughter-in-law and son to enjoy for decades to come! At this rate, I predict you will live well into your 100s and still be fit as a fiddle! I was looking for inspiration while searching for HIIT videos for women over 55, and I found that in yours. I'm nearly 60, and I'm short, so weight is a constant issue for me. I'm working towards better fitness in 2022, and you're a big part of that Sheila! Great beach vibe, and the music is peppy enough to get my energy going without coffee.

    Excellent workout. I followed Andressa and added 500g hand weights. During the 20 second break I did jogging laps of my apartment.
    It’s a cool day and I’m in a lather and ready to have a fabulous day!

    What a great work out!!! I try to do this every other day. I am 64, heavy and have had both knees replaced, so if I can manage, most people can do this. I do many of your other video's as well as the stretches. Time goes by quickly with this on, then on to a couple short ones. You are a great host, and I am thankful that I found you!!

    Best workout ever. Well done. How often should you do this? Any chance you could both do a 15 minute one? 71 but although doable, certainly got the heart rate going!! Good beat music for walking in between!

    Oh I loved this workout! I am huffing and puffing. My hair is soaked. But I feel great! More 30 minute HIIT workouts please!!!!! Yours are wonderful and don’t hurt my knees. Others I have done made my knee sore for days and then I could not work out. Thanks for all you do!!

    Thumbs up! I have so many things to say about this workout that I don't know where to begin! I am 56 and have been following fabulous50s for awhile now. I love all of her workout videos and tips. I was looking for something with extra cardio because between thanksgiving and office parties and office treats I was starting to lose my shape. This is the video I was hoping to find to shed that extra fat. First of all, the music was uplifting and fantastic. The video flew by. No repeat moves except for opposite leg. The move are not hard to do but you will definitely get your heartrate up up up! The scenery is great. I am now following her lovely daughter in-law. I feel so hopeful now that I will shed those extra fat layers before the new year. I am sweating now and I truly know I did a great workout. Can't wait to see more like this one! Thanks for keeping it real and updated and motivating!

    Finally got to this one, I thought I would hate it, but kinda loved it. I never did the high impact fully, but on many I did an in between. Although I do have to be careful of my knees as I injured them in my 20s doing aerobics without proper instruction. I couldn't do this one everyday BUT I'm shocked that at the end I was feeling great and jumping around with my arms up like you always do at the end of your videos. I did miss your talking and walking with us but this was EXCELLENT, great job everyone involved as well as: Nathan, Lovely DIL and of course Schellea!

    This was amazing! I was able to do all of it, ‘fast walked’ breaks, followed Schellea 98%, but did a few with Andressa. My biggest issue with squats and deep knee bends is balance and coordination. I feel energized and ready …for a shower! I did miss Schellea’s verbal encouragement, but noticed a few head nods that I took for her commentary. I truly did not think I would be able to do it all, but I DID! Thank you all, the ladies and the ‘crew’!

    It's an awesome workout and your daughter in law is beautiful, but I do hope this is a one off! I really miss you talking to us during the video, I find that so encouraging. Please don't lose that personal touch Schellea! I find so many fitness videos intimidating because the fitness instructors are so much younger and really don't understand the issues us older ladies have. Keep us over-50s purely in mind. You're our champion!!

    Wow, wish there was a LOVE button. Having the two different fitness levels was so helpful. At 60 I can still do many of the high intensity levels exercises but when I can't having the low impact version is VERY helpful and makes me feel I am still getting a great workout.

    Thank you for designing such easy, practical and yet intense exercises that have me sweat even in the first half. I have always followed and enjoyed the videos here and this is my favourite and best workout ever.

    Definitely a great cardio and strength workout. I kept up with your beautiful daughter-in-law, Andressa, (high impact) except for the lunge back, front kick portion - not bad for this almost 69 year old who is sparkling and glistening but feeling wonderful now! I followed with 8 minute standing abs and 8 minute upper body with weights for a well-rounded workout Friday!

    This is a super one. Thanks. With the 2 of you demonstrating two levels of workout, it was easy to find my comfort level. I’ve also been doing your 5 minute “Burn belly fat” workout and the “10 mt low impact HIIT”for a few months. My waist and hips have benefited from both 😀. So yay!

    I love it. It really works me out. I use small hand weights to make it harder and to use my arms to full capacity.

    I did the new 5 minute stretch first and then I did this workout and was able to keep up with Andressa on alot of the exercises and some I modified somewhere between both of you. I am 70 years old and I absolutely love this workout. I have been working out with you since April 2020. Thanks for another great video.
