I just started doing this because the more listings I had the deeper I had to scroll to find things. Really annoying. I didn't realize to use the same mockups as I keep changing them up. Thank you Taylor
Thank you so much Taylor! I use Canva for all my designs but never noticed the option to organize by folder (and the full utilization of templates...genius). Now I can use your methods to get organized and my bf can stop shaking his head at my messy computer 😄
I have most of my designs saved on my drive. My Canva folder are in a mess! Lol Started to slowly get organized, thanks so much for sharing your ideas!! You have been so motivating!
Thank you sooo much. I wish I had found this 2 years ago when I started, I will probably make this organizing project my priority for the forseeable future.
Great Video Taylor as you always do. I researched for this tutorial b/c I'm in that stage that becomes so clutter that it's impossible to find old designs. This will absolutely help put my Canva chaos at ease.🤗
🤩I made it to the end! You gave great tips! I didn't know about the 200 per folder limit, no wonder I couldn't find my older designs. I also like the star folder concept. I will be organizing my designs now. Thank you!
These are SUCH helpful topics. My brain works like how you speak. Also I started very similar to the way you did. An ad came up and I went all in on research and my husband was like what you doing? And I’m like “starting a business, need to set up bank” lol!Im right at the beginning of things though. Love hearing your success story. I’m specifically looking for videos to help with smoother mock-up setups and listing. It’s taking me so long to list 😅
Really appreciate your videos, thank you! My Canva account is as messy as my teenagers room! Lol! I also loved your embroidery video!!! I tried learning so many different confusing programs to create a mockup that actually looks like the design is embroidered. Never even occurred to me to use your idea. Thank you very much for sharing and for the straightforward information you give out freely!
Eye OPENING! I opened my POD Etsy shoip 3 months ago and have been doing just this in my Google drive! However, it's used up a ton of memory space and now I'm going to have to start paying for it! I didn't know the star tip either, so will start doing that and will reorganize my Canva files today! Thanks so much!!
Hey good stuff! Very similar to what I do except I have a 4th folder of listing mockups - I make a copy of the listing template & save it as product/design name rather than only doing mockups from the template & saving over it each time on the mockup. for 2 reasons - sometimes I want to go back & make a change, some listings may have different color choices/ mockup images etc.
Great video! Thank you! I keep getting "lost" searching for my designs, especially all my mockups! And really love the fast tutorial on the mockup! I saw that somewhere else, but you made it really easy! Thank you!
Thanks Taylor! Massively impactful tutorial once again! You’re fast becoming my POD-Guru! Looking to start my own store in May (after finishing one of my Mental Health Nursing Degree placements). Thanks for all you share, brilliant work as always 🤙🏻💚🧠👨🏼🎓
@@TaylorPOD How many listing templates do you make? Is it by color, ie. dark color vs light color, flat lay vs modeled photo? I have one folder for my Bella Canvas 3001 shirts and just make a copy, then delete what I don't want to use, and go from there.
I keep all of my listings on manual renewal, and with that sometimes the seasonal listings do expire after their four month listing period. Then any seasonal listings I renew manually about 12 weeks out from the season for them. It’s not uncommon to see a few sales trickle in on seasonal listings even during the off-season and I don’t bother to hassle with deactivating listings and reactivating them I think that it’s not the best use of time.
You mentioned a book on a Podcast I just listened to but you couldn’t remember the exact name. It was about 10x your goals. The host never linked to it. Do you remember the name? Would love to check it out. Thank you

Very helpful with the organization tips! And I love the little tutorial for hiding the image under the sleeve.
So glad you liked that! ☺️

Thanks Taylor, very informative and helpful.
🤩 Thank you sooo much, Taylor, this was so helpful, since I'm at the very beginning and struggling with those same things🙉❤️
Thank you Taylor 😊 I been wanting to organize my Canva account but I was afraid that by creating folders I was going to have trouble finding thwm 😅
I actually started organising my Canva account bit by bit last month. This video is very timely for me so thank you!
Looks like everyone is doing some spring cleaning with their Canva accounts right now 😉
🤩Super cool tips on folders and the hack for sleeve mockups! Thanks Taylor! 💪
Any time! Thank you for watching!

Yay! So glad it was helpful! Organization makes my brain feel less flustered! 😂
Might be time to invest in those clip mics. Bouncing from other videos to yours, your audio sounds really far away. Love your content!
I appreciate your patience while I’m figuring out audio! I do have a clip mic but it seems I haven’t mastered that part yet :). Work in progress!
🤩 Great tips! New TaylorPOD member here!! Excited for the journey!!! ❤
Woooohooooo! Happy to have you here! Thanks for watching ☺️
🤩Thank you! I need to clean up my Canva files. For some reason, the drag and drop onto a pre-existing design does not work for me.
Thank you, Taylor! I've been struggling with how to get my Cavas files under control. This is my answer! Thank you! 🤩
You're so welcome!

Wow, a very timely video, Taylor! I was starting to despair I'd never get my Canva files under control 😂 Thanks for the training.
Im so glad it was helpful! ☺️

Thanks for the inspo! I never considered making a listings template in there so will crack straight on with that one 👍
Listing templates are a game changer!!

Just one per product type! Occasionally I swap out mockups if needed but I stick to just a few basics for the most part ☺️
🤩 tyvm for the video! Always learn new and helpful things from you!
I'm so glad! Thanks for watching ☺️

Ty very much!
Great tips!
Glad it was helpful!
Do you have a video showing how you set up the "Buy More, Save More" discount in your listing? Thanks!
I don’t have a video but it’s super simple! You set it up on your Sales and Discounts tab in Etsy
🤩 Thank you
Thank you so much for these tips!!! TIMELY!!! =)**))
You are so welcome!
Hi Taylor do you pause your Christmas designs after Dec 15 until next year or what do you do with ornaments for example? Thanks!
I keep all of my listings on manual renewal, and with that sometimes the seasonal listings do expire after their four month listing period. My canva is a nightmare of mismatched files 🙈 I've been afraid to tackle this!!
It will be tedious but worth it!
Where do you keep the listings that you have completed and uploaded to Etsy?
I don't store the photos after they've been uploaded. I just keep my designs and listing template to repurpose.
You mentioned a book on a Podcast I just listened to but you couldn’t remember the exact name. It was about 10x your goals. The host never linked to it. Do you remember the name? Would love to check it out.
Thank you
The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone ☺️
Thank you, that was quick and easy. Sorry, I don't do emojis. lol
Haha you’re okay! I appreciate you watching!
