You built your house at a perfect time. The builder seems to put 100% of his workforce in your house.
Looks to me that you two have some new life long friends. Ma'am seem to almost have the whole Gift dance down, she must have been practicing prior to meeting up. Good on Red for joining in on the dance. I hope to see more of them in future vlogs.

Red has put some soul into the fish dance , I’m looking at it in a whole new light . Stay safe , I’ve heard that Thailand is opening up for tourists on the 1/7/2021 unless the government changes its mind , and that wouldn’t surprise me .

So glad I caught Jonny's vid and he let the cat out of the bag. A lot of March babies out there Joe ,St, Pats day myself, 61 and could not even go to an Irish pub for a toast. Gift is a natural chicken dancer she will be a hit at all the weddings.

Another great video Joe & Gift. It looks like we will have a few more westerns living or staying in PKK when I get back. The Stadium in PKK where the Gym is located has a hugh olympic size pool for 45 baht a visit. They were restoring it. Very nice pool. I thought you might want to know. I did not even realize was there, then after walking around the area I spotted it. Very nice big pool. The Students also use it in the afternoon. But most the time it all yours. Might be a good video to do on the remodel and the gym. We local expat use the gym and pool alot when we stay in PKK. Membership for the Gym is $30usd per year. You have to get little physical check from the local clinic to give to the gym. It cost like 50 baht for the Health Certificate that you then provide to the Gym.
I didn’t know about the pool. I am a member of the gym. I will try to remember and repost the video that I did of the gym, that was posted on my old Foreigner Joe channel. Stay safe!
I was in the Australian Airforce for 22 years, so Red must be a good guy..
The pool contractor seems like a cool guy, even gets you humour.. :)

The house is really taking shape now. It is looking great. Pool area was difficult to visualise before but now you can see it more easily, especially the size of the decking.

Good to see quality (Air Force) expats here in the Kingdom. All too often I come across Farangs who are here without the basic resources to be in Thailand. A welcomed relief.

Interesting that Red worked at Norad In Colo Spgs, when I came to America from Sweden in 1975 I lived in Colo Spgs for 11 years and I had to opportunity to visit Norad a few times! Your house is comming along very nicely!

@@El.Pollo.Loco.s985 This was at my bar in Tree Town called Nonnoi about 2+ years ago. The bars were all new at the time. I think you said you were renting at the Centric Sea at the time, a place I was looking to buy a condo. Sold that corner bar and got a larger one, 3 times bigger, (Nonnoi) located in the parking area (still with gravel surface) across from the @Lai bar, and still in Tree Town . Now we have 2 live bands playing nightly. I remember all the people I meet there from the U.S. Still living in Hawaii, but my GF (Pook) runs the bar. Hope to retire there in 2 years. Didn't buy the condo, but bought a house instead. Hope to get back there when all the Covid stuff dies down. Hope you're there when I visit next time so we can hook up.

Just got my second vaccine shot and can finally get back to work. Have had an entire year off not being able to work because of travel restrictions. You were very fortunate to ride this out in Thailand. Please be careful until you and Gift can get yours...actually I shouldn’t just assume you want it... sorry, so just be careful. Lots of people care about you now.
Joe and Gift, you meet the nicest people. I like that Red let's you tell the story of his first marriage. Good that people can see that things sometimes just don't work out. It's not only Thailand. Thai ladies are as good ( i think better, but i'm biased lol ) as ladies anywhere. Your house is really flying up and i hope Red can sort something out with JJ, he's lucky you have put him onto a quality builder.
