To be fair, Fremantle's got a point. Queenslanders can barely speak more than clicks, grunts and 'ayes' (even though it's spelled 'eh'), and East coast accents, especially from NSW, are dumpster fires. So glad we're not cursed with such problems West of the Blue Mountains. ...you know, the civilised parts of the country. ;)
Nice to see the A380 picking up speed in the Aviation Industry. Ever since I watched a documentary special of the aicraft in Discovery Channel (Worlds Biggest Airliner: Building the A380) I've been hooked by it. In fact I've flown it in a sim (X-Plane v9) and I can say it's a lot easier to fly (and LAND I might add) than a 747.
I love that the guy says that the aircraft is quieter than a 747 during the loudest moments of the aircraft during reverse thrust and as soon as the engines go to idle, so we can really hear how quiet the aircraft is, he starts talking again.
Sounds like the lady announcer said Canadian arriving right at the start showing the Qantas A380...also quieter because the A380 only use reverse thrust on both inboard engines.
No if you go to the Melbourne airport's website & the Melbourne direct website you will see that it is the only 24 hour airport in Australia as all the others have noise restrictions.
Yeah I think so too. The 787 might be a lot cheaper per plane/km. However, the A380 is a whole lot cheaper per passenger/km and that's a great deal for both passengers and airliners.
i agree but in reality it's that same sh*t, different packaging. Boing is a pioneer in Aviation where Airbus utilizes some of Boeing's experience. DC10 is the safest plane and it would be even safer if the company changed the LOCKING MECHANISM on cargo door before two DC10's crashed in USA AND France.
Yes go on and moan about Boeings non existing superiority. It's the american way of surrendering, acting like it's not happening. 744 - queen of the skies, A380 - emperor of the skies
hahaha poor Americans, think the 747-8 is going to beat the A380 - hilarious... Boeing are making the 747-8 as a sign of desperation, fear and anxiety Boeing knows that the A380 and the king of the sky, Boeing are in debt, Airbus is outperforming Boeing in deliveries and market share --> fact. Poor old Americans, businesses in debt, unemployment - what next? hahaha
I like how she says ‘that really thick Australian accent’ while making the most inaudible choking American accent ever
Sorry, but I am Australian and some Australians can't speak properly.
@@51Saffron Sorry but I am Australian and that doesnt usually apply to professional pilots.

Yes they did upgrade the the terminal & the runways, The Melbourne upgrade went for 24 hours a day because it's the only 24 hour airport in Australia.
