What a great looking campsite and so close to Brisbane! At first I was worried it was tents only (no camper trailers) but your graphic showed a lot of sites are designed for trailers or vans. Even though you said the sites are fairly close together it doesn't seem to be busy. Thanks for the tip re mozzies in Summer time.

The sites are not too bad, actually pretty good compared to a lot of other places, it's the map of the place that makes them look miles apart, I see a lot of comments on different forums commenting on that so wanted to make it clear. Hi Sam, there is a set of wooden stairs into the water and the same as you do at Harry's Hut th-cam.com/video/G3_GvGCpr0U/w-d-xo.html you can just slide your kayak down it easy enough

How hard would it be to get a large kayak in the water there without damaging it?
I can't lift my kayak I have to roll it around on wheels.
