I grabbed $20.30 Face Value in 90% Constitutional Silver (or Junk Silver to some) in a bag filled with all of my silver dealer's available Liberty Seated Half Dollars and dimes, Barber Half Dollars, Barber Quarters, Barber Dimes, and Standing Liberty Quarters - which I was hoping would contain some key or semi-key dates, and perhaps even a variety or two! I was lucky with this purchase and hunt and since silver is on the rise (the silver spot price) - You cannot get mad at investing in junk silver and making sure that you are stacking silver, especially in 2020! Hopefully you all enjoy this video! I may also hit up local coin shops, pawn shops and thrift stores to see if there are any hidden treasures hanging out in there too! found what i think is an understruck coin; it is a very weak strike and is 2x as wide as it should be w/ no additional weight; what should I do/ is this a variety
Hey Rob. Thanks for the heads-up on the Type-B reverse quarters. I went back into my album, and found that my 1959, 1960, and 1963 are all of this variant!
It's awesome the relationship you have with this dealer. I'm sure you get better deals than the customer off the street. Kudos to both of you. Great hunt. I'm jealous about that CC.
Knew that was a 1917 slq before you showed the mint mark. The top rivets on the shield would be gone in a coin in that condition if it was a 1916. There are a couple of other markers as well like her head and the gown by her right foot.
Hey Rob when are you going to make bars again I would like to see another episode of it. You have plenty of copper and silver just gotten. So it would be nice to see you going smelting again
I have been delaying being over a 1300 degree furnace in 105 degree Texas weather. BUT I am planning on melting some bars this weekend IF I can find some time.
Thank You Rob for another great video. Sorry I missed the rest of the stream last night took longer to get home. But I watched the last of it this morning and looks like another great night!!! Keep up the GREAT Work you do for us. :)
"Thanks for the great content !" Even though I haven't won during any of your streams or any of tonight's streams, I still feel like I won something watching this video. Thanks for the inspiration and motivation!
Hey rob, I believe I have a DDR on a 1964 D Washington Quarter. There's a weird extra spike thing coming off of the back of the eagles head and then also the mint mark itself is a little strange. Not sure if it was a D that was struck twice or if it's a D over S. I have no idea and was wondering if you might be able to help.
Nice video! Quick question, I was thinking about getting the Garrett Ace 300 metal detector, I was wondering if that is a good detector and also what detector you have?
👍💥Very nice finds for a constitutional hunt! That 27s SLQ , despite probable cleaning, is in great shape for a junk find. Coingrats on the 1892s....too bad it wasn’t the 94’👀 Thanks for sharing. Have an excellent day!🙂
Great finds. I wish I had the connections that you have. I keep telling my tellers at my bank to keep a lookout for ANY silver or old customer rolls for me but nothing yet. Nice job Rob. I am chomping at the bits waiting to do my birthday box on September 16........can't wait. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
which bank does everyone who searches boxes of coins get them from? i have tried several smaller bank branches and even with a business account i am not able to get boxes because they are all out due to the shortage. :(((
How cool is it that you get that stuff at face value? Wish I had a source like that. Only person close to me wants just under spot for his stuff. Dude's a pawn shop so there you go. Enjoyed the vid Rob
@@RobFindsTreasure Holy Cow thanks for explaining that! I was sitting here almost having an aneurysm thinking "Is there anything that Rob doesn't score a big win on?" I just saw the prices on the bag and almost freaked. LOL!
I think your 1892 S Barber Dime is actually a 1902 S, you can't clearly see the full 9, and the top of the number you can see fits shape wise much closer to the 0 in 1902, you might want to make sure on that one.
Man... after rewatching the video now I will need to look. Great eye brother. You’re right about the shape, especially the inside of the “0” or “9”. The gap is typically larger on the 9’s and mine looks closer than it should so it’s either damage or a 0... I’ll have to check it for sure. Thank you!
I had a dream that I was metal detecting in a field and rob was there too. Pretty odd but cool dream. That reminds me... WHENS THE NEXT METAL DETECTING VIDEO!!??!
Rating Barber dimes is definitely default. The 1892s in my opinion is not G4. G4 in Barber dimes would be with the date and legend has to be legible. Liberty worn off headband. But the 1914 D is in my opinion F12 to VF20 in any rate those coins have historical significance; before WW1. And dealers don't cherry pick unless they see a MS+ coin. After everything is said and done, fun search Rob, thumbs up.
I notice that you don't do videos of bank machine bags of 1,5,10,25, or 50. Why not, I've been hitting big time silver on some bags. Just recently, found 41 silver qtrs in a $1000 Qtr bag, all but one were all the same as 1964-P. I'm doing better on bank bags rather than boxes.
I know my comment has nothing to do with the video but i dont know why, but when i buy a box of nickels i find war nickels especially the s and p and some nice 48s. I dont know why but i thouht i'd share this with you, im 9 years old from new jersey and as always, happy hunting.

Hey Rob. Thanks for the heads-up on the Type-B reverse quarters. I went back into my album, and found that my 1959, 1960, and 1963 are all of this variant!
I would love to get a small junk bag like that sometime.
Junk silver is favorite. Got my 1921 in the mail today. Love it. Now all I need a 1928 and my album will be complete.
Very awesome silver purchase. I love seeing seated coinage.
I am suddenly very obsessed with the standing liberty quarter.
Best US coin design ever made.
I used to dislike the obverse design on the SLQ but one day something hit me and now it's one of my favorite coins
@@staleydu1 I agree
Love that you're able to keep the videos going during this weird time. Thank you!

I never mentioned that you and some others were actually the ones who got me into roll hunting in the first place
Some really good mint marks on the more rare years!! 1914 was a Sweet looking dime!!
Have a GREAT Day My Friend!!!
Very nice finds for a junk silver purchase!

Great video!! Lot's of seated coins!!
Great coin bag Rob, stack that silver
Awesome finds. Just got 3 silver proof Ikes for $2 a piece today. Got to love silver, especially right now when it is so high in price.
Couple of nice coins in that bunch, especially the 27 S SLQ. Thanks for posting the vid.
Very very nice finds! Wow! Congrats, Rob!
Lots of fun, as always. Thanks for another Junk Silver vid, Rob!🍻👊
I love your junk silver videos!

I need to make friends with my local coin store owner here in B.C. nice treasure finds Rob !
Yeah! Good Finds!
Nice hunt! The ‘27-s SLQ was a great find...congrats!
First great finds be glad he doesn’t cherry pick them most shops do but very informative as well so thanks rob see you on the next one👍🏻👊🏻
Boom - thank you brother! 💥
So close!
Great hunt and finds! I don't have any of those coins but maybe some day.
Nice junk silver score Rob! Keep up the great work!
Nice finds Rob👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
You make jealous with all the constitutional silver you buy. Maybe one day I'll be able to buy as small bag!
Those GW quarters look really nice.. Practically un-circulated.
Thank You Rob for another great video. Sorry I missed the rest of the stream last night took longer to get home. But I watched the last of it this morning and looks like another great night!!! Keep up the GREAT Work you do for us. :)

I wish we could see which ones actually do upgrade your books at the end. Something cool about seeing books get filled or improved gradually.
Does that FS 109 error does that apply to all Washington silver quarters?
Rob I cant find info on it, but I have a 2005 lincoln cent, but its gold. What do you think? Experiment? Or an oddity?
A third party made those and sold them. They are common.
@@RobFindsTreasure darn... guess it can go to the kids collection
You can also tell the 1916 and 1917 SLQs apart by the beads on the shield.
No beads - 1916
Beads - 1917
Much easier way is to check for stars under the eagle on the reverse: no stars below the eagle on type 1 and 3 stars beneath the eagle on type 2
@@stevebengel1346 but 1917 is in both type 1 and type 2
I was able to find a 1917 S SLQ myself from junk silver. Its also dateless, but its slightly better than the one you found. Congrats on the finds!
I have a 1912 S barber quarter from a flea market with only 708,000 minted.
I remember buying a cc dime at an estate sale for like 5 or 10 bucks.
great video,,,,thanks Rob
Nice hunt. Lots of goodies!
Found my first silver war nickel today looking through 2 rolls!
great silver bag bro awesome finds you got lucky man
Awesome finds Rob, would love to add a C.C. to my collection, great video brother👍
Here's a suggestion, 1876-CC Seated Liberty Dime is $15 in G-4

Nice finds
Great finds!
That is epic! What do you do to the dateless SLQs?
Scrutinize them and then just roll them up for a future look.
Rob what do u think about the 1911-S barber quarter
How cool is it that you get that stuff at face value? Wish I had a source like that. Only person close to me wants just under spot for his stuff. Dude's a pawn shop so there you go. Enjoyed the vid Rob
I pay a premium as well - he just calculates it using face value. Example: $20 Face value X 18 = $360 spent. I wish I could get it at face value!
@@RobFindsTreasure Holy Cow thanks for explaining that! I was sitting here almost having an aneurysm thinking "Is there anything that Rob doesn't score a big win on?" I just saw the prices on the bag and almost freaked. LOL!
How do I tell a dateless Santa ding liberty type 2? It’s a s mintmark I think I can make out a 24 but I’m not really sure

You made me go pull out my tubes of 50’s quarters.
Wassup rob! Let's get it on!!!
Nice finds🤘
By mintage the 1927 s quarter is the 2nd rarest of the standing liberty type
The red book is WAY off for silver, since the silver price at the printing time was like 18/ounce, and now its 28/ounce
too cool
Nice treats
I got a ring metal detecting possibly gold and diamond
I had a dream that I was metal detecting in a field and rob was there too. Pretty odd but cool dream. That reminds me... WHENS THE NEXT METAL DETECTING VIDEO!!??!
Congratulations in ur finds 👊👍
today I purchased some canadian 92.5% junk silver and found 2 1899 silver 5 cent pieces (the size of a us half-dime), which have a mintage of 3,000!!
Wow indeed, beats my mom finding a Key date Liberty head nickel as an Ender.
Cool video.
So....how much did the bag of coins cost you? I've always been curious about that watching other similar videos, but never asked before.
Can i request rob...do a vlog for metal detecting ☺️☺️
I hope you find some rare coin😁

It may just be my eyes, but the 1907 barber dime looks like a cud on the Denver mintmark.
The fact these are mostly 100+ years and you mostly treat them as normal coins tells me you got quite a collection

It’s a shame the mint never figured out how to fix the date relief on these and buffalo nickels🙄

didn't 1856 have the small date too
Great video but the only thing is that was a seated liberty dime not a barber dime
