There was another video that showed how bad the compression was. Your shots seem more clear, but I'd love to see how detailed an old license plate looks at 40 feet, still and in motion. Important to catch the get away car on the street.
Thanks for the video. Can you do color night vision without having the light on? For example what if you already have some kind of light source already and you don't want the bright camera led light on..
I had the old Outdoor V2 Cam with solar panel then upgraded to New Batter Cam Pro's and now i cant find a adapter cable for old solar panel to new cameras
My wife bought this camera for use as a wildlife cam, monitor an owl family which resides in our owl house. Will this unit work for that application. Thanks.
It does go to a live stream, it's a setting you have to turn on. One thing I don't like about this camera is that the colors are very dull compared to the V3 camera and my eyes.
@@DIYReid True the V3 camera isn't battery operated, not sure what that has to do with my comment. Maybe you miss understood what I said. I was comparing the color representation of this Battery Cam Pro with a V3 and my eyes. The Battery Cam Pro colors don't show the true colors and are very dull. While the V3 shows colors exactly as I see them with my eyes.
@@DIYReid Yes, but it has 2k resolution while the V3 is only 1080P and the Battery Cam Pro also has better features, so it makes no sense that it would have a worse representation of the true colors.
