This whole private prosecution is a rare endeavor, very unique indeed. At varsity, when studying the Criminal procedure, we never delved much on it because you hardly come accross it in practice. For all the law students watching, this is a great demonstration to watch.
And it comes from Zuma.a grade 3 drop out.this man will go down in history as the greatest gift to mankind.he has stretched all the pieces of legislation in this country mostly in uncharted legal territories
I am yet to see the court which will prevent the private prosecution from continuing. The rule of law dictates that we are all equal before the law, that includes the president of the republic. Whether there is a case or not against the president, that is an issue to be adjudicated by the trial court.
Can anyone tell me what is the procedure with laying a complaint in connection with any crime committed? Do we go directly to the president? If no so what's so special with Zuma? Tomorrow all 5 million ppl in SA who are aggrieved will all flock the Union buildings & this country will stop 2 function
The courts shouldn't have entertained this rubish! There's a huge backlog of unresolved cases bt here a high court with a full bench is spending some valuable time entertaining these criminals

@@lancencube5205 Remember the contempt of court judgement, where he asked the CC to vary it's own judgement😂... Him and Dali Mpofu are just pioneers.
