It seems that Justices of the courts in South Africa have been instructed to be hostile towards Adv Mpofu because he continues to raise uncomfortable issues in courts. This is a travesty of justice, ironically under the constitution that Adv Mpofu has contributed to its drafting
Mpofu is an embarrassment to the legal system. He's arrogant, rude, condescending, and goes around in circles, repeating the same thing over and over and over. If he is compared to the other attorneys, he's an absolute joke. He doesn't even know how to present a clear and concise argument. As a lawyer! How embarrassing
Judges continue to get agitated with Mpofu because of his 'know it all' attitude and how disrespectful he is towards them. To add to this, he ALWAYS exceeds his allocated time by waffling and takes far too long to explain simple points and then complains when they don't give him more time? Then inevitably they cry prejudice or bias? Is that their only card to play? Just setting up more false excuses to cover their impending loss........On the other hand, his opposing council are always respectful, stick to their time, they are clear, concise and to the point, with well prepared legal arguments and well researched and referenced case law to substantiate their arguments. I suspect he will continue to lose cases in the future until he changes his attitude.
At the end the judges are the ones to hand down whatever judgement people must remember we cannot express ourselves to the likings of other people but to the best of our ability so i see nothing wrong on how Dali expressing himself not unless those listening are not fan to his client. At least he quotes from law written in black and white adopted by our constitution. There are people in this world who always wish to dictate terms on people. It's a free country. Yes democracy has it's limits but if i am not breaking any law you cannot tell anyone how to articulate him or herself.
The cat has eaten up the law in SA. All the time Mr Zuma loses cases and when he wins them they are reinstated. If I were him I would just say just arrest me so that your motives are served. It's clear that he must lose cases irrespective of how unclear their facts are. There are tons and tons of exaggerations in his cases. There can't be a bad person like him of which all this is based on lies.
Zuma is a criminal and guilty of treason, Ramaphosa seems to be on the same path also. ANC have been a criminal party for many years now and you can see it in how bad things are in the country. Yet still there are too many idiots who will keep voting for this nonsense for anything to change. I swear some of these people could have watched Zuma rape their own mother and would be clapping and cheering for him in the corner of the room, then afterwards they would thank him, when their mother is crying and complains they will beat her and tell her to stop spreading lies. Whatever mixed the law with politics made a mistake these two things never mix. Some Adv are full of politics I comment with no implication. But South African Law is affected more and more by political interference but not in-depth if said. I have seen many cases where Counsels enter the court of Law with a political pace.
Knowledges of the legal rules is for students. It takes an unbroken chain of years to develop deadly legal punches. Law is a jealous mistress, and she does not tolerate any rivalry. However, this is not the case for those who law is their calling.

True, most judges in South Africa are no longer applying the law in matters that involve Ramaphosa. They are pro Ramaphosa at all costs
