Thanks for sharing, Glentrool blue was my introduction to MTB, brought back some interesting memories. This is an amazing part of the world. Rusty is adorable, what a trail dog. Best wishes with the rides and keep posting if you can.
Never done The Glentrool trail before. The only 7 Stanes one I haven't done. Looks like a nice Big Country trail. Must get over and do that one. Those padlocked gates are a real pain. Nice video with great views. Cheers. Stoozer.
Never been to Glentrool, those big flowy trails look ace, will have to try and visit sometime, just out of curiosity how long did it take you to train rusty to run alongside you on the trails? Thanks for sharing another great trail video, cheers! 😁🚵♂️🤙
Yeah it’s worth a visit if you’re in the area and can be combined with the kirroughtree trails. It didn’t take very long to train him 3 or 4 rides maybe. Started in the garden on my bike - he jumped up towards the bike once and learned not to do it again. Next we took him to the beach with our fat bikes and then to some trail centres. We have done a lot of work on general training which has helped too. He’s very attached to us too so he likes to stay pretty close which helps too.
@@mtbfree4914 thank you for great dog trail training advice, thanks there is a family dog that I would like to take on trails but never tried before, he a bit young and full of beans but maybe be suitable for taking on trails, always helpful to get advice from yourself and others who have tried this, thanks! 😁🐕🤙🚵♂️🤙

Yes! Return of the trail dog(good vid also lol😁)
🤣🤣🤣 thanks 😊. I do like riding with my trail dog. Also has the added benefit of him not needing a second afternoon walk after a morning biking.
@@mtbfree4914 I have 4 dogs so know that pain lol😆
