Michael cargill is a legit dude.i did my CHL under him and he is a caring understanding instructor. Learned more from him than anyone else in getting my CHL. This is a major W for him!
His supervisor is a real piece of work, valuing policy over employee safety. She was more concerned about company image than the fact her employee was being attacked trying to prevent a personal theft
