He wasn’t playing with the gun. He murdered his father. Shot several times? Yeah, he wasn’t playing!
Damn, imagine being a father, spending time serving your country and your community just for your biggest enemy to be your own son
Didn’t die in combat but die by his own son
He intended to kill his father. A personal vendetta.
Disgusting. And some people wished they had their fathers in their lives. He just ruined his family. 😔 RIP Mr Bass.
His statement to a female friend in Georgia demonstrates premeditation. Firing several shots demonstrates intent. Put him under the prison.
I don't like that you can kill someone and say "i have mental health issues, I'm checking myself in for help" nah man that was a planned and executed murder, there's no helping that
Father against Son, Mother against daughter, Brother against brother!!! Revelations!!!
Ain’t nothing but the enemy and his demons…..Staying away from people is a art I mastered
Sounds like first degree murder. He plotted, drove hundreds of miles, then executed his plan. Sad story.
If someone is approaching you with a gun in their hand, assume they are prepared to use it, and defend yourself appropriately. RIP
Who could kill their own father. I lost my father in 2000. He was only 53 years old. I loved him and he loved me. I wish I could get one more hug.
I'm curious how was he able to shoot his father multiple times by " accident " 🤔
nobody warned him that his son was coming after him??
The 27-year-old and his thoughts and deeds were just those of a foolish and impatient child.
Blamed dad for his own shortcomings the real problem
Being a failure in life even though your dad gave you everything to succeed is not a mental condition.
The dude had a long drive to contemplate what he did. Childhood trauma doesn't just go away. His father being in the military and different states makes me believe he wasn't available. Also, it looks like he lived comfortably.
This is why you have to leave most family alone. They are going to be jealous when you're doing your best!
You are accountable for how you end up in life, don't blame others for your failure in life. May Gene Bass rest in peace and my condolence to his family. 🙏🏿
