I died when I heard the country accent and the pronunciation of platypuses....I was hesitant to watch Vikings after watching The Last Kingdom, but boy was I hooked fast. These characters are so easy to love and I love the villains in the story. I love this interview so much!
Couldn’t agree more! I was like meh when my friend told me to watch it. But I have it a shot anyway and damn I’m so happy I did! Very lovable cast, the bromance between Harald and Leif is awesome. The strategies behind the wars are also very cunning. Enjoyed the plot twists very much. Only downside is the few episodes they produced

They're way too short. I finished season two and thought I had three episodes left. It was very disappointing.

Scary enough she plays Freydis with such power and charisma like her co-stars, but she also looks great off set and can kill with her axe throws as she demonstrates. These three are my faves in the series, they seem so different form their roles, which def makes them great actors.

I binge watched the show the day it came out. Excellent series. Although the acting was top notch by all of them, Frida was my favourite character in both series.

This is historically inaccurate as the majority of Vikings preferred the spear. I love the show, though.
Vikings carried axes and swords together with their bows and spears - as you can't compare a medium range and close range weapon.
