I’ve just started watching this series again ! It’s absolutely phenomenal, every time l rewatch l always notice different details . The casting was brilliant, the sets and costume design, the music , the battles , the politics made for great story telling ! I was so happy l got to meet the cast at the Paris convention. It was absolutely brilliant, they were all so nice and friendly , you could really tell why their energy together played out so well on screen ! It was such an amazing event and Alex really is a sweetheart! ❤
I’ve watched it like 6 times on prime,, now that it’s out on Netflix, I’ve rewatched it again.. and if you watch it Netflix you’ll notice small scenes that were cut from the series.
The series Vikings has changed my perspective of History, I love the cast and series but I bum that Rollo hurt Ragnar so much. I’m not kidding, I really hope that the actors keep acting, they are exceptional. I truly believe Ivar acting crippled was inspiring. What a role he had. Bjorn is fabulous and a great son, the way he died was awesome, what a hero. The fact that Ivar finally became whole and loved was tear jerking. I didn’t want it to end. Congratulations to all, Flokie and Helga were my favorites, Flokie was so loyal.
All the actors are super talented and the cinematography is just off the chain. Phenomenal series with a story line that simply draws you in. One of the best Viking series for sure. Cant believe it was made that long ago... simply fantastic. Wish they'd make a new season.

I grew up with mini series starting in the 70s all the great ones,,, Vikings is hands down one of the very best! It ranks up there with Roots and Masada and Shogun! Vikings is an epic immersive viewing journey because you feel like you are there with these people living those lives, exhausted tortured exuberant, filthy dirty,,, need a shower after each episode! The show teaches the viewer history and the meaning of courage and honor!
Travis Fimmel is the Most Sexiest Man on Earth and he has the most Beautiful Smile and the most Sexiest Blue Eyes I have ever seen in my life OMG WOW ❤
