    And how would you sustain your body’s needs without your supplements?

    • @maryherbivorre3393
      @maryherbivorre3393 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      He wouldn't be able to sustain without the modern world eating the way he does. This works for him because he has money and he is privileged. Regardless, he will not be able to sustain this way long term. Raw vegan is not sustainable. Our bodies have evolved to need certain cooked foods. Eating some raw and WFPB is the best way to go.

    Normally I agree with your videos. I really enjoy them and watch them a lot. On this one I feel you're taking so many supplements that's going to be difficult for your organs to process them. Maybe consider a blood test and see if you're lacking in anything. it doesn't seem like you would be with all the plants and herbs you're eating. I noticed you mentioned the virus several times. I'm surprised you would be so paranoid being in such great health and youth. I think most of us have gotten through it by now and realize it's not a big deal as the mass media says...unless you have frail health.. They say it's good to take supplements to help you have a speedy recovery when you do get it. Quercetin , and NAC, will be the main supplements. ☮️💗🙏🌱

      He said he doesn’t take them regularly
      When you are on a vegan, raw foodist lifestyle you have to take supplements…
      He said he take the supplements and see what works and doesn’t…he said get most of your nutrients for Whole Foods and use supplements as a back up…
      When you are a eating on lifestyle like this you have to do it according to knowledge.. you have to support your body…
      Also just because a person eats healthy doesn’t mean they are exempt from getting covid..I don’t think he was scared but I do think he was being wise…you build your immune system just in case…
      I eat healthy and got covid twice but I was able to fight it..

    • @plantsarewonderful7516
      @plantsarewonderful7516 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Try to only buy fruit and vegtables that you can consume within a week or 2. Try not to buy alot of fresh fruit and veg that you wont be able to consume in that amount of time. This is because fruit and veg on stay good for a short amount of time before they start to spoil like 1-30 days depending on the fruit. You can also buy fruit that has a longer shelf life. An example of that would be whole pineapples & whole watermelons.
      Also if you want to stock up on more food than you can finish in a week or 2 then instead buy organic frozen fruit and store it in you freezer for whenever you need them. You can also freeze vegetables too.

Can you talk a little bit more about that. Meaning what kind of pepper do you use and how much? How much MCT oil do you use? Is there anything else you put in your tumeric juice to help your body absorb it better? Thank you

    John did you know that the most important form of k2 is mk-4 and used by every organ in the body? And that it is only found in animals and if we aren't eating animals then we are relying on our body's conversion of k1 and mk-7 (eg natto) to mk-4? And that if you are high dosing vitamin D3, then K2 helps prevent calcification and we should be upping our k2 dosage proportionally d3?
    As a vegan I'm not relying on my body's conversion for the most important form of k2 so I do supplement mk-4 (and mk-7) with 12,000 iu of d3. Mk-4 is also very very cheap. Source: chrismasterjohnphd.com/blog/2016/12/09/the-ultimate-vitamin-k2-resource
    Also you mentioned in the video that one of the supplements has "vitamin D 100% rda" but did you know that there's no consensus internationally on an rda for d3? And that it can generally range from 4000iu to 10,000iu but the usa has it at only 1000iu which is insanely low for a hormone that is vital to our white blood cells? Especially considering that age affects how much our skin can get from the sun as does excess body fat? For example, i take 12,000 a day since my bmi is 29 and just had my levels tested. Well I'm at around only 52 ng and 60-100 is where you want to be in order to be in the lowest risk group for respiratory diseases (eg covid). So 1000iu at your age is low and since you're above 35 latitude no way you are getting much conversion of d3 in the winter. If I were you I'd up your dosage. Source on d3 info, Dr.Scheult who is probably the best covid doctor in the country (and also advises supplementing zinc, quercetin): th-cam.com/video/ha2mLz-Xdpg/w-d-xo.html

Covering your mouth and nose is a joke. You think your skin doesn't breathe (your eyes)? Germ vsc terrain theory. Germ theory is a tool for big pharma. Ridiculous. Read the book 'science for sale'. Other people to learn from Dr Andrew Kaufman, Dr John Bergmann, Peggy Hall, Pamela Popper, Dollar Vigilante, Gregory Manarino. Many are being silenced on TH-cam and Google so you have to find them on bitchute and duckduckgo. There is a much bigger agenda going on here... sadly most people have fallen for it all.
