Your food looks delicious. I always slice my potatoes but I boil mine just a little so the skin peels right off. I don't like cutting those tough potatoes or getting the skin off. I don't let them get really soft like making sweet potato pie. Just hot enough so the skin peels off and the potatoe is barely soft. But great job suga. You young but baby you handling that kitchen ❤
