Hero’s Stages 2024 Weeton Camp crash Stage 6

Weeton Camp Hero’s Stages 2024, car 20 Andrew &Reg Irving Peugeot 205 S1400, unfortunately after running 20 O/A and on a push to catch 1st in class who was only 15 seconds in front i court myself out under braking on gravel and collected the famous Weeton kerb and bend both wheels under and breaking the front lower arm and hub knuckle.

Is the co-driver a novice? You want to get him to add distances between the 90s, and if they were open or tight, or gravel on the road! EG like where you braked, when you went off, i am presuming you walked the track either the day before or in the morning.

Not easy when you're working off a diagram/ map & no walking a track. Not always possible I'm afraid.

@@BartLang63 Sorry i presumed, you had chance to walk a lap of the stage, even so after one stage you should have marked the gravel, open or tight 90s. Im only trying to offer advice if its your first event. Good luck on the next rally .
