How do you deal with the bed height problems when towing a fifth wheel? I like the builds, but for that reason alone I would leave the tremor as is. I guess it all depends on how the truck will be used.
To Answer that question one thing we pride ourselves on is qualifying the customer before we order anything! If towing is something you are going to be doing regularly than we would spec your buld out to do that. 5th wheel towing is defenitly to consider in a little diferent way. The bed height of the tremor to a 3.5" Carli kit only changes 1" max unless you are replacing the rear springs with Full Deavers, which it could change as much as 2" not to mention 34 stock tires to a 37" tire will add another 1.5" of total height. It would pose an issue on bed height and that could be considered based on your specific trailer but it would also be something we would strongly discourage if this is a tow pig and not your off road rig. So yes the bed height is to be considered and a competent shop that has the customer needs in mind and not a shop just interested in selling parts, will make sure that the bed height isn't an issue and that the rear suspension is capable if handling what you intend to use the truck for!! Honestly there are a few tremor features left, electronic diff lock, rock crawl mode and trail mode. The diff lock can be bought for little money as an option with the 3:55 gear ratio same as the Tremor on diesel and 3:73 on the Gas version. The other tremor features, springs, shocks, wheels and tires, will be sold off to help fund your build!!!haha IMO if you are going to add one of these kits, think strongly before you pay for a Tremor package on your new Super Duty

@@MrCherrygrovedude is the Tremor package the only way to get that diff? If so, I can see the reasoning for the Tremor as the basis for these builds.
