    I use the Modibodi active pants for running and will never look back! Great review. Thank you!

    Thank you so much for this review, super useful. Might try them out, worst case they are pants! (no pun intended)

    Very informative and amusing. Although for some reason I don't think I'm the target market. 😂

      Thanks Kath, defo never using pads again after these! Combined with Mooncup this is really good.

    Thanks for the honest review Claire. I'm a bit too old to worry about periods anymore, but have been warned that I will soon be in the "bladder leakage" phase of life so hopefully these will work for that too. I wonder though, if there might be an issue with chafing during longer runs? The guys are lucky they don't have to worry much about this sort of thing.

    • @wildgingerruns
      @wildgingerruns  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Ha ah yes! I also sometimes have bladder leakage and can confirm that these are good for this too. I think the WUKA ones might win for the longer runs and any chafing as they are more streamlined. But then the issue is if you need to change them on a really long run - might be better to use one of those reusable pads that popper round the bit of the pants between your legs. That might be easier. Hope that helps anyway! I'll keep you posted!

    Great vid. Might give the Wukas a try. I'm using boodi pants. They do bridget size and bikinis. Have been great so far but not ran longer than a half marathon. Their good for bladder escapes too 😂

    Great review! I’m definetly going to try 👍 I’m sadly not best friends with the moon cup 🤷‍♀️ Period proof swimwear sounds interesting but difficult. Those are probably going to be really tight and that is going to be uncomfortable in multiple ways 😂

    • @wildgingerruns
      @wildgingerruns  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Maria, it took me a fair few months to get used to the mooncup and using period pants in combination with it is now my bag. I can't get it not to leak just slightly, so always need a bit of padding. I just don't know how swimwear could work!

    Very helpful - I want to try these to replace pantyliners, or when I'm not sure if my period is going to start (I use a mooncup too). The Wukas look good, as do their shorts but I have the same problem with thighs eating them!

    • @carrieanderson3866
      @carrieanderson3866 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Also, do the Wuka shorts have a kind of built-in knicker? It's not clear on their website and I'd be worried about revealing a bit too much if they rode up!

    • @wildgingerruns
      @wildgingerruns  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes they do, it's a sort of gusset thing, I think I showed it in this film, it is all black tho so might not be very clear!

    I would suggest some kind of cleaning agent when you're cleaning these Claire. There's still a chance of bacteria growing in them and infecting you. Even just hand wash detergent.

    • @wildgingerruns
      @wildgingerruns  ปีที่แล้ว

      I do use detergent in the wash JA don't worry! I'll keep you posted :)

    • @hairyairey
      @hairyairey ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@wildgingerruns I was referring to rinsing them out. Most clothes have enough detergent in them that you can skip it in the machine every other wash.

    • @wildgingerruns
      @wildgingerruns  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@hairyairey Ah, yes it is a bit minging of me to not rinse them, I will do in future and think of you! :)

    • @hairyairey
      @hairyairey ปีที่แล้ว

      @@wildgingerruns I meant when you said you just rinsed them on holiday. But yes you should rinse things before you put them in the machine. Also it's worth cleaning your machine monthly. Makes it last longer. Not necessarily Calgon either, not all manufacturers recommend it. You can guess who does the laundry in our house?

    Implicitly body-shaming yourself by not actually modeling the merchandise. What kind of message are you sending to the young women of England just standing there hiding behind your pants? For the next panty video please reconsider your approach. In fact, to make up for it, you should strongly consider doing a How to Hike in Your Panties video. Thank you.

      lol! Being shamed for being body-shamed! I’m actually 100% not ashamed of my bod whatsoever but I don’t want god knows who perving over me on TH-cam. That’s my decision who gets to see my amazing bod ta, peace and love your way!
