I love it ! But ! The one scene that is missing and puts there story kind of together ! Is when they are on that show and Lenny calls her his wife and they do a skit live, improvised! So them ! But maybe that is just me

Kinda a good metaphor for life seeing the journey but knowing the tragic ending for him as the real Lenny Bruce sadly had. Puts it into perspective to watch out for the ones we love around us and enjoy every minute + make sure they’re okay getting the help they need 💔 just as I’m sure they’re meaning for it that’s how you know it’s great storytelling and being able to make us smile & love these characters so much it will hurt just as it would irl. I love how deep this show can get, even hinting to how the world ends up in modern times, but can do it while still being so poetic & hilarious. It’s so needed 💕

Also reminds us that it doesn’t matter how successful or amazing someone can be, they can still be hurting for whatever reason often being too hard on themselves so we must keep that in mind to try to help not hurt more people. And to remember it’s almost always never what it seems so we need to check on EVERYONE and be mindful of our actions/words towards them. Sometimes it really can be a matter of life or death (not saying that’s what led to the real Lenny Bruce’s tragic death but in general)

Thank you Emma,.. I was so sad that my favorite character will no longer be coming to visit.... I was listening to Tegan and Sara - Girls Talk and this popped up so of course I get to spend more time with my "friend" Midge.... and you gave me something that I missed completely....Thank you. I think I'll just have to Binge The Marvelous Mrs Maisel from beginning to end... almost as sad as the day my friends on the Galaxy Class Enterprise NCC 1701E moved into the rear view mirror...
