Hi Viktorija. How are you? It has a roller underneath so works just like a normal vacuum. If you get hairs I’m there you can take it out and free them. I don’t have super long hair but the longer hairs that are on the floor have been picked up fine. I’m actually very surprised with the suction power on the carpets! It even made lines xxx ps…very jealous of your very long hair!

It always makes me not believe in an item when suddenly lots of people on youtube are at the same time recommending the same item. Obviously they are recommending it because they were given it and I worry that's the only reason they tell us how wonderful it is as if they say it's not very good it will put outer companies off working with them. I have had 4 different videos pop up today promoting the same item. I want to say normally I do love watching your videos
Hi Amanda, I can see why it may look that way and whilst I can’t speak for everyone else. I know that I try the product and if I don’t like it or I don’t think it’s worth it I won’t promote it. I’ve given products back in the past for this reason but I have worked with eufy before and am personally a fan of their products and am in love with this robovac. Regarding everyone uploading at the same time, please bear in mind that brands have upload dates and promotional schedules that you have to Adhere too. My video for example was filmed over a week ago but I’m in a contract to upload on a specific date. I know you didn’t ask for an explanation but I thought it only fair to explain as it’s hard to know what goes on behind the scenes if you’re not made aware. We have one of these by Eufy and it’s great for a good clean and is so easy to clean out after use we call our Bentley 😂
