For healthcare, Tertiary and Quaternary care hospitals (Like Mayo, Services, Nishtar, Allied etc) should only be insurance card or referral based. All DHQ, THQ and BHU facilities should stay in the same system and expanded for public service. This is a useful and workable system.

Ali medical insurance in pakistan is inherently a loss making business. Thats why insurance companies prefer to give medical insurance only to corporates. they comprnsate by other types of isurances like auto fire marine etc. it unfair to blame insurance companies for low uptake.

The problem you're having for the fingerprint could be solved by setting up a new fingerprint with in the phone. For instance, if you have an Android phone, go into the security settings and set up biometric that biometric of your father's new fingerprints, which are a bit faded, will then be used to control all the other apps within the phone
Went to optp dha phase 3 z block branch, plus packages mall branch. They are charging same amount if I pay by cash or card. This is not logical as Final price of product when paid by cash= base price plus 16%gst Final price of product when paid by card= base price plus 5% gst This is like robbing customers. Talked to kashif the person who deals with there tax issues, he said ,this is the way we charge, customer will pay same amount, whether pay by cash or card. I have noticed same kind of issue with other food outlets. This thing is spreading like virus. We all need to raise our voice to stop this thing from spreading.
About “sehat card”, this is how it works across the globe. The insurance companies do their estimate of expenses before asking for premium. It was a very good model and works globally- regardless of the fact who submits the premium. Please do a bit of research before taking on topic. Thank you
sir plzzzz ye cause take up kren yar. its the same issue for overseas pakistanis because all the bank apps (meezan, hbl, alfalah in my case) are asking for biometric and then it can not be done from anywhere outside pakistan and none of the banks have a solution for that. You can do banking on the website but no apps which is a big pain.
Re the first bank problem, if you do all the app work on a computer rather than a phone, generally this problem does not happen. The same thing happened to me with a family member and the bank guy told us to open an account the way I've mentioned.. It worked. But mind you this was a few months ago. But you can try it out.
