The Guzzi sounds fantastic. The Ariel is a work of art. The Greeves is getting there and the Benelli is just strange!! Every time I get on TH-cam I check your channel first to see if there’s anything new!! Thanks, Tony
Dig the Moto Bluzzi and the Ariel. I feel your pain when it comes to these old bikes, I'm getting my butt kicked by a Triumph T140 at the moment. It seems like every time I get it running great and start to celebrate my success, some new issue pops up. My other two vintage bikes run beautifully, so having one problem child isn't the end of the world I guess, but I want to sell the bike sometime this riding season and I won't get crap for it if it's not sorted out and running well.
Well done Dave! Good to hear the Binelli. Sounds bigger than it is. That Ariel will be fun. Especially the opposite shifting pattern! Guzzi sounds great!
I ended up making my own parts for my 60cc Chibi. Just started up today perfect. No one in America has parts . 1972 Rockford Bridgestone Chibi 60cc. I tried everyone.
Yes. the original Ambassador 750 and Eldorado 850, each which came out after this model, but based on this model, and made famous by Clint Eastwood in Magnum Force, which was the 1971 Ambassador.
I was never a guzzi fan,but I could like some of the old ones Yours is nice looking with that blue paint .The Ariel square four is interesting but just plain weird..

oh man! I really appreciate that!
The Grumph probably should have told Dave something. 😂
After the prior episode, it is good to see some solid success. Kudos Dave!
Good day.
That's not a bad office you have got there.
As long as you don't break anything, you'll be OK.
Like you said, patience.
Patience is your friend! my Friend!
Good Job Dave!!
A masterful demo.
Thanks so much. Which bike did you like the best?
4 cylinder 250 cc bike.....man I gotta see that review....... Awesome Dave
Its coming. Got the brake kit that I needed!

Yeah, sometimes they kick at your butt. I give up less now but learned to be patient.

WELL DONE. NICE JOB.
THANKS DAVE.
You're welcome

I tried everyone.
Sometimes that what it takes!
good work Dave,I got some inspiration from you I got the same thing going . Got to get busy . Old Harleys gonna get busy.
Awesome most comment ever. Keep at it and you will win!
Don't beat yourself up young Dave. A backhoe and hole in the ground will fix the Greeves.
Thanks Hoovie
Piston port two strokes when race tuned always loaded up and were a pita.
Modern synthetic oil mixed lean and a racing plug should help.
I wanna hear that trident being ridden they sound great
I bet it runs tho, cause the pipes are very blue
Laying here in bed when the Greeves fired. I swear i could smell it.
The greeves. Two stroke crankshaft seals can become hard and not seal very well after a long period of time.
Replaced them. Still trying. Won't give up!
Nice 👍
I think Guzzi made police bikes also ?
Yes. the original Ambassador 750 and Eldorado 850, each which came out after this model, but based on this model, and made famous by Clint Eastwood in Magnum Force, which was the 1971 Ambassador.
That Benelli is a great little bike, can you imagine anyone producing a 250/4 today?
No, but why does it have to be so weird.
Honda, Suzuki. 😂
I was never a guzzi fan,but I could like some of the old ones Yours is nice looking with that blue paint .The Ariel square four is interesting but just plain weird..
That blue paint is not an original color, but I do like the patina!
I'll take a punt at Greeves. Timing is wrong or slipped. Sound flat.
Guzzi was a win after a bit.
Yeah, I'll have to re-double check that again. The Guzzi felt good once it warmed up.
Interesting hand shifter . What is the make and year of that bike.
Which one?
@@bullpencycles the one with the hand shift lever on the right side of the handlebar.
I thought the guy you got the Guzzi from was supposed to be some kind of Guzzi expert. Or is that just how he describes himself?
Well, we don't know what they started with.
Man those de Tomaso bikes were certainly different.
Yes, they are loved by many, but I dont get it!
Very uplifting video. The Guzzi sounds much better
No Arial, no Moto Guzzi, yes on the greeves and the painful Benelli.
Oh, you are a masochist, indeed!
First
I figured that would be you! Thank you!
