I wouldn't go anywhere near that Tesla. Last month a guy died after being electrocuted in his EV in China. Imagine sitting in an EV that just died in water? You know you're sitting on a high voltage battery without thousands of amps. I wouldn't want to touch the door handle or anything else, and if a bystander then nope, I'm note entering water to help you with your EV.
