Hey Robbie it’s me your cousin Leila Jenny’s daughter I love your videos. Your doing great with this. Tell everybody I said hi and keep up the good work!
Love CVA! What a great comparison on all 3 models. Would like to see some accuracy comparisons between the pistol and the rifles. Keep up the great work.
I agree, would love to see if the longer barrel gives any more stability or if the SB basically gives the same (or better since it's a slightly heavier barrel).
A few things I would add to your video. What distance were those gongs set at (I'd guess 50 yards, but worth mentioning)? Also, maybe do an accuracy comparison...I know that can get expensive with ammo, but if one is a standout in accuracy, the viewers would want to know. Otherwise, love the video and keep up the good work! CVA makes some great guns...my son (currently 16 years old) has taken 4 deer over the last 3 years with our single shot 350 legend. Longest shot was 125, and the closest was 50. None of the deer took a single step. All shots were lung shots. No spine or shoulder.
@Chasin' the Outdoors with Tanner Guzy lol that will do. I wanna see if it can stabilize them and shoot a decent group. Though for the life of me I can't find one of the cva pistols in stock anywhere in any caliber.
I'm looking for a 350 Legend rifle for my daughter- which one of these models was the most ACCURATE- shot the best groups at 100 yards? I reload, so I won't be using manufactured ammunition, but which rifle have you found to be the most accurate with your ammunition of choice?
Both the long and short 350 Cascades are shooters!!! And both preform like you want with the 180 grain Winchester ammo. I have taken numerous deer now with them and they both always preform for me. Can’t go wrong with easier. The shorter barrel is easier to carry around and lighter.
Since you've hunted with both. Do you feel the velocity loss from the short barrel affects performance out to the 350 legends hunting distance? I'm torn between the 2 rifles, I want the SB for maneuverability and weight reduction, but I'm unsure if the loss of FPS will affect much at 200 yards. What's your thoughts since you hunted with both? Thanks
I would recommend the SB if you are using a suppressor which will give you a lot better maneuverability. I don’t have a favorite yet I’m using both this season.
Great video, have you had the chance to experiment with the new 400 legend? I think Ruger and Winchester came out with a 400 legend. Wondering what you think about them.
Very good informative video. The 350 Legend is one of my favorite rounds. Was surprised that the 255gr was that fast out of the pistol. You need to get Dad to pickup the new S&W 350. If you pay him $15 a month you will get it paid off by your 21st birthday. Can carry legally then. 😂😂 Take care & good job. 👍 👍 🇺🇸 🙏
the CVA scout is basically a rifle. they sell them with full stocks more than they do the pistol stocks and what not. so its barley a pistol but get what you mean lol
Do you notice any weight difference between the two? I know the short barrel is a few inches shorter but it has a heavier barrel vs the standard cascade. Curious if it's barrel heavy or balanced good?
Both are balanced and easy to use. I would say the SB model gives you a little bit more maneuverability in a tree stand or walking under the brush. The SB model seams to be a thicker barrel.

Doesn't the regular Cascade come with a 22 inch barrel?
Yes 22” barrel.
Thanks for your great review.
I wondering if you know, what the twist rate is for that short barrel cva. Thanks again.
1:8 twist.
Spot on.

Love the vid I’m thinking about getting a 350 legend
@@deerhuntr-px2it my brother and I have taken lots of deer with the 350 and it is a great round!!!
@@chasintheoutdoors yessir I need a good deer rifle I’m using buck shot rn😭
What's the chance you could shoot the hornady sub x out of the pistol and see what groups it gets?
I would but the only subs I have are Winchester.
Ur in luck. I just ordered some!!

Just got the 400 last week and did a quick range video that I need to edit. Really cool caliber!!!
I did not know they made the short barrel cascade in 350 legend yet, where did you find that
Yes. They offer several different calibers in the SB model. They are hard to find.
Great video! Very informative.
Thanks!!

Love that idea!!! 350 is a great round!!
Does the bolt lock when the safety is on?
No, the bolt works with the saftey on or off.
Good Job kiddo! subscribed
Thanks!!!
Have you had any feeding issues with the bolt action models?
No Sir, the action and bolt are very smooth and picks up and chambers each time.
